Zwischenmiete für 20 m2 Zimmer in gemütlicher 3er-WG

Unsere Wohnung liegt in Köln Kalk. In nur 5 Minuten erreicht man die S-Bahn-Station Trimbornstraße und in 7 Minuten Fußweg die Straßenbahnen Linie 1 und 9. Somit ist man in kürzester Zeit am Hbf, in der Innenstadt oder an der Uni. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Lidl und in ca. 5–10 Min. ist man entweder an den Arcaden oder an der Kalkerhauptstraße mit weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (DM, Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi…)

Du würdest mit Imke (22) und Jana (25) zusammenleben. Imke studiert zurzeit Lehramt, geht gerne in Kneipen, aber liest auch gerne entspannt abends ein Buch oder ist kreativ. Jana schreibt gerade ihre Bachelorarbeit, malt gerne in ihrer Freizeit und hat eine große Leidenschaft fürs Fahrradfahren. Die WG ist keine Zweckweg, weshalb man abends auch gerne mal einen entspannten Spielabend veranstaltet, etwas gemeinsam kocht oder unternimmt. 😊
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin, die ebenfalls zwischen 20 und 26 Jahren alt ist, offen, gesellig und verlässlich ist. Uns ist wichtig, dass du Lust hast, Teil unserer WG zu sein. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind uns ebenfalls wichtig und ein guter Ausgleich zwischen Privatsphäre und gemeinsamer Zeit.

nterim rent for 20m² room in cosy shared flat for 3

As I will be moving to Rome for a semester abroad, my flatmates and I are looking for a friendly temporary tenant for my room in our relaxed 3 shared flat in Cologne Kalk! The room is approx. 20 m² in size and is available from 01/02/2025 until 30/06/2025. Perfect for a transitional period or a temporary stay in Cologne.
The flat share:
Imke (22) is currently studying to be a teacher, enjoys going to pubs, but also likes to read a film or be creative in the evenings. Jana (25) is currently writing her bachelor's thesis, enjoys painting in her free time and has a great passion for cycling. The flat share is not a functional flat, which is why they like to organise a relaxed games evening, cook or do something together in the evenings. 😊
We are looking for a flatmate who is also between 20 and 26 years old, open, sociable and reliable. It is important to us that you want to be part of our flat share. Tidiness and cleanliness are also important to us and a good balance between privacy and time together.

Location & connections
Our flat is very centrally located in Cologne Kalk. The S-Bahn station Trimbornstraße is only 5 minutes away and the tram lines 1 and 9 are a 7-minute walk away, so you can be at the main station, the city centre or the university in no time at all. There is a Lidl just around the corner and in about 5-10 minutes you are either at the Acarden or at Kalkerhauptstraße with further shopping facilities. (DM, Rewe, Kaufland, Aldi...)
