Your room is about 15 square meters, cozy and very spacious. It includes a bed, desk, office chair, closet, clothes rack, bedside table, shelfs and 2 lamps.
The apartment's main floor has 2 bedrooms (yours is here), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, there is also a third bedroom on the second floor.
We have a large and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a spacious bathroom with a shower, a basement room with washing machine and space for hanging up laundry. The building also has a bicycle cellar.
Nippes it is a very calm area. Walking distance of 5 minutes to the tram station and 3 minutes to Lidl.
Very relaxed flatshare, we are 3 guys (2 brazilian and 1 german), so I am offering the room because I will be travelling. We all work full time, so we all respect each others space. We are looking for someone who is considerate of others, can live responsibly and consciously with others.
