Das zu vermietende 12qm Zimmer ist bisher unser Büro. Je nach Absprache kann es teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert übergeben werden.

Die gesamte 66qm Wohnung ist neu saniert und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung.

Wunderschöne Wohngegend im Agnesviertel, an der Neusserstraße. Nette Cafés und Kiosks direkt um die Ecke und Rewe und Aldi 5 min entfernt. Ein Gym ist auch 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und man kann zum Rhein oder Lohsepark spazieren gehen, wo es Outdoor Sportmöglichkeiten gibt.
Zu Fuß 5 min zum Ebertplatz und 8 min zum Hansaring.

Wir (Kati und Vincent) sind ein Paar und sind seit kurzem in die Wohnung eingezogen. Vincent ist von März bis August im Praktikum und zieht für die Zeit aus. Ab Ende August fange ich mein Auslandssemester an und komme Ende Dezember wieder. Somit würdest du erst mit mir und danach mit Vincent zusammen wohnen und es wäre immer eine 2er WG.

Vincent studiert im 5. Semester Maschinenbau, macht alle möglichen Sportarten, vorallem draußen und kocht gerne.
Ich mache momentan meine Master im International Management, koche auch gerne und probiere gerne neue Kurse bei Urban Sports aus.

English Version:

The 12sqm room for rent is currently our office. It is sublet unfurnished.
The entire apartment is newly renovated and has underfloor heating.

The apartement is located in a beautiful residential area in the Agnesviertel, next to Neusserstraße. Nice cafés and kiosks just around the corner and Rewe and Aldi 5 min away. A gym is also a 5-minute walk away and you can walk to the Rhine or Lohsepark, with lots of outdoor sports facilities.
5-minute walk to Ebertplatz and 8 minutes to Hansaring.

We (Kati and Vincent) are a couple and have recently moved into the apartment. Vincent is doing an internship from March to August and moves out for the time being. I will start my semester abroad at the end of August where I will move out as well and return at the end of December. So you would first live with me and then with Vincent and it would always be a two-person shared flat.

Vincent studies mechanical engineering in his 5th semester, does all kinds of sports, especially outdoors, and likes to cook.
I am currently doing my Master's in International Management, also enjoy cooking and like to try out new courses at Urban Sports.
