Möbliertes WG-Zimmer

Die Wohnung liegt im Norden von Kalk und ist sehr gut angebunden. Die Station Waldecker Straße der Bahnlinie 3 ist 8 Minuten entfernt und die Station Kalk Kapelle der 1 und 9 erreicht ihr in 9 Minuten. Der Bus 159 fährt direkt vor der Haustür. Außerdem ist die S-Bahn-Station Köln Buchforst (S6, S11) 12 Minuten entfernt. Sowohl mit der 3 als auch mit der 1 und 9 seid ihr in 10 bis 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Supermärkte gibt es auch viele in der Nähe. Rewe ist 3 Minuten, Netto 5 und Norma 6 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es gegenüber von Rewe einen türkischen Supermarkt. Dort findet Mittwoch und Samstag auch ein Markt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse statt. Wenn ihr etwas weiter fahrt gibt es auch zwei Lidls in jeweils 15 Minuten Entfernung. An der Bahnhaltestelle Kalk Post befindet sich die Kalker Hauptstraße mit einer Menge an Supermärkten, Kiosks und Restaurants. Dort ist auch das Einkaufszentrum Köln Arkaden. Das erreicht ihr alles jeweils in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus.

The apartment is located in the north of Kalk and is very well connected. The Waldecker Straße station on the 3-train line is 8 minutes away and the Kalk Kapelle station on the 1 and 9 lines is 9 minutes away. The 159 bus stops right outside the front door. The Cologne Buchforst S-Bahn station (S6, S11) is also 10 minutes away. You can be in the city center in 10 to 15 minutes on the 3 as well as the 1 and 9.
There are also many supermarkets nearby. Rewe is 3 minutes away, Netto 5 minutes and Norma 6 minutes. There is also a Turkish supermarket opposite Rewe. There is also a market with fresh fruit and vegetables on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If you drive a little further, there are also two Lidl supermarkets, each 15 minutes away. At the Kalk Post train stop, you will find Kalker Hauptstraße with lots of supermarkets, kiosks and restaurants. There is also the Köln Arkaden shopping center. You can reach all of this in 10-15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bus.

Deine Mitbewohner wären:
- Marina (24): Ich komme aus Spanien. Ich unterrichte Spanisch an einem Gymnasium und studiere außerdem einen Online-Master-Abschluss. Ich lese, koche und gehe gerne spazieren. Manchmal gehe ich auch gerne auf Partys!
- Emin (28) studiert Drehbuch in Köln, kommt ursprünglich aus Hannover/Berlin, schaut gerne Filme, geht gerne essen und trifft sich mit Freunden.
- Juan (26) arbeitet in der Gastro und lernt nebenbei Programmieren. In seiner Freizeit macht er viel Musik, kocht gerne oder trifft sich mit Freunden. Er wird die Wohnung Mitte April für 7 Monate aus beruflichen Gründen verlassen, so dass wir während dieser Zeit die Wohnung mit einer anderen Person teilen werden, obwohl wir noch nicht wissen, mit wem :)
- Alba (22): sie kommt aus Spanien und arbeitet ebenfalls an einem Gymnasium und unterrichtet Spanisch. Sie trifft sich gerne mit Freunden und reist und liest gerne. Auch sie wird in ein paar Monaten umziehen, da sie nach Spanien zurückkehrt, bevor sie ein neues Abenteuer in den Vereinigten Staaten beginnt!
Das Zusammenleben gestaltet sich sehr entspannt. Wir verbringen viel Zeit in der Küche zusammen, wenn du aber lieber alleine bleiben möchtest ist das auch kein Problem. Wir haben einen Putzplan und Sachen wie Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Toilettenpapier, usw. kaufen wir zusammen. Natürlich solltest du rücksichtsvoll mit den gemeinsamen Sachen umgehen :)
Wie du gemerkt hast, ist die WG im Umbruch und durch den Einzug neuer Leute werdet ihr die Möglichkeit haben das WG-Leben gemeinsam zu gestalten.

Your flatmates would be:
- Marina (24): I come from Spain. I teach Spanish at a high school and I'm also studying an online Master's degree. I like reading, cooking and going for walks. Sometimes I also like to go to parties!
- Emin (28) is studying screenwriting in Cologne, is originally from Hanover/Berlin, likes watching films, going out to eat and meeting up with friends.
- Juan (26) works in catering and is learning programming on the side. In his free time, he likes to make music, cook and socialise with friends. He will be leaving the flat in mid-April for 6 months for work reasons, so we will be sharing the flat with someone else during this time, although we don't know who yet :)
- Alba (22): she is from Spain and also works at a high school and teaches Spanish. She enjoys meeting up with friends, travelling and reading. She will also be moving in a few months as she is returning to Spain before starting a new adventure in the United States!
Living together is very relaxed. We spend a lot of time together in the kitchen, but if you prefer to stay alone, that's no problem. We have a cleaning schedule and we buy things like washing-up liquid, bin liners, toilet paper, etc. together. Of course, you should be considerate with the shared things :)
As you've noticed, the flat share is changing and you'll have the opportunity to organise life together when new people move in.

Folgendes ist uns bei Dir sehr wichtig: Sauberkeit, Rücksicht in Bezug auf Lärm abends unter der Woche, WG-Erfahrung bzw. schon allein gelebt und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (wird sonst schwer in einer 5er WG :D).
Ich lasse das Zimmer möbliert, was den Umzug für dich sehr erleichtern wird. Die folgenden Möbel, die du auf den Bildern sehen kannst, werden im Zimmer bleiben:
- Schreibtisch
- Schreibtischstuhl
- Bett (90cmx200cm)
- Matratze und Bettlaken (wenn du möchtest)
- Wandspiegel
- Jalousie
- Deckenlampe
- Nachttisch (ist nicht der auf dem Bild)
- Weißes Regal
Dafür ist ein Abschlag von 375€ fällig, welcher auch die Beteiligung an Elektrogeräten, die in der WG vorhanden sind (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc.) beinhaltet. Dieser Abschlag ist nicht verhandelbar, bitte nur bewerben, wenn das für euch ok ist.
Für das Internet (Nebenkosten) zahlen wir jeder 12,39 € pro Monat. Im August läuft der Vertrag aus und wir werden uns nach einem günstigeren Vertrag umsehen.

The following is very important to us: cleanliness, consideration with regard to noise in the evenings during the week, shared flat experience or already lived alone and good communication skills (otherwise it will be difficult in a shared flat with 5 people :D).
I will leave the room furnished, which will make the move much easier for you. The following furniture, which you can see in the pictures, will stay in the room:
- Desk
- Desk chair
- Bed (90cmx200cm)
- Mattress and sheets (if you wish)
- Wall mirror
- Blinds
- Ceiling lamp
- Bedside table (not the one in the picture)
- White shelf
There is a deduction of 375€ for this, which also includes the participation in electrical appliances that are available in the flat share (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). This deduction is not negotiable, please only apply if this is ok for you.
We each pay €12.39 per month for the internet (additional costs). The contract expires in August and we will look for a more favourable contract.
