Hey, ich werde für einen Monat in Stuttgart sein und biete hier mein WG Zimmer in Köln zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer kann zum 30. März bezogen werden und ich werde am 01. Mai wieder zurück kommen, so lange kannst Du in dem Zimmer bleiben.
Somit eignet sich das WG Zimmer ideal als Übergangslösung. Ich bin Nichtraucher, deshalb ist es mir wichtig, dass in meinem Zimmer weder geraucht (keine Zigaretten, keine Vapes) noch gekifft wird. (Auch nicht am Fenster ;) Starte deine Nachricht mit dem Wort Rauchfrei, wenn du das gelesen hast. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon und befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit Fahrstuhl in einem Mehrfamilienhaus 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestation Heumarkt.
Du lebst 'zusammen' mit Leo und Gregor. Leo Arbeitet in einem Club hier in Köln und schläft gerne sehr lang und telefoniert manchmal laut und Gregor ist sehr selten zu Hause, da er seinen Studioraum ausbaut.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und ich würde ein paar Sachen von mir hier lassen aber so verstaut, dass du dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst.

Hey there, I'm gonna be one month in Stuttgart and want to rent out my private room in a shared flat. It's free from March 30th till May 1st. You gonna share the flat with Leo and Gregor. Leo is working in a club, sleeping late and will have some loud phonecalls sometimes and Gregor spends most of his time outside assembling his studio.

The room will have furniture and I'm gonna leave a couple of my things here but pack them so that you have enough space to feel at home.
