Hi everyone (english version below)!
In unserer 5er WG- im Herzen der Kölner Innenstadt- wird ab dem 1.4. 1 Zimmer frei!
Die WG liegt im 2. OG., ist möbliert, mit allen möglichen Dingen ausgestattet, die man halt so braucht und es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche (mit Spülmaschine!), eine kleines Badezimmer und ein größeres Badezimmer, in dem sogar eine Badewanne ist. Oben auf dem Dachboden gibt es außerdem einen Waschraum mit zwei Waschmaschinen, die sich das ganze Haus (3 Etagen) teilt. Und unten im Treppenhaus besteht die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad sicher abzustellen.
Das freie Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon, von dem aus man an Karneval sogar den „Zoch“ beobachten kann und der sich jetzt im Frühjahr bestimmt über ein bisschen Liebe freuen würde. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Das Bett, der Schreibtisch &-stuhl und der Schrank werden also im Zimmer bleiben.
In der Gesamtmiete von 680€ sind Strom, Heizkosten und Wasser pauschal enthalten. (Es kann sein, dass die Vermieterin die Mietkosten leicht anheben wird, es wird aber bestimmt nicht viel sein und wenn ich weiß, um wie viel es sich genau handelt, gebe ich euch Bescheid. :)) Außerdem wird eine einmalige Instandshaltungspauschale von 450€ für mögliche Reparaturen und den Ersatz von den Möbeln, Spülmaschine, etc. fällig.
In our shared flat for 5 people - in the heart of Cologne city centre - 1 room will be available from 1 April!
The WG is on the 2nd floor, is furnished, equipped with everything you need and there is a shared kitchen (with dishwasher!), a small bathroom and a larger bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs in the attic there is also a laundry room with two washing machines, which are used by the whole house (3 floors). And at the end of the stairwell there is a secure parking space for your bicycle.
The spare room is approx. 18 square metres in size and has its own small balcony from which you can even watch the cologne carnival and which would certainly appreciate a little love in spring. The room is rented furnished. The bed, desk with chair and wardrobe remain in the room.
The total rent of €680 includes electricity, heating and water. (It is possible that the landlady will increase the rent a little, but it will certainly not be much and when I know exactly how much it is, I will let you know :)) There is also a one-off maintenance fee of €450 for any repairs and replacement of furniture, dishwasher etc.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Kölner Innenstadt: Innerhalb von 3 Gehminuten befindet ihr euch auf der Schildergasse, beim nächsten Rewe, beim Bäcker oder in den nächsten Cafés oder Bars. Ihr braucht zu Fuß 7 Minuten zum Heumarkt und 10 Minuten zum Neumarkt und die Südstadt ist auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage, bekommt man aber wirklich nichts vom Innenstadt- Lärm mit und nachts ist es ruhig.
Auch die vielen Hochschulen oder die Universität zu Köln sind super mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn zu erreichen.
The flat is located in the heart of Cologne city centre: within a 3-minute walk you can be on Schildergasse, at the nearest supermarket, bakery, café or bar. It's a 7-minute walk to Heumarkt and 10 minutes to Neumarkt, and Südstadt is also just a stone's throw away. Despite the central location, you really don't hear any noise from the city centre and it's quiet at night.
Many universities and the University of Cologne are also easy to reach by bike or train.
In der WG tut sich im Moment einiges, da insgesamt 3 Leute ausziehen werden. Das heißt, das WG-Leben lässt sich, wenn ihr möchtet, ganz neu gestalten, denn momentan sind wir eher eine Zweck-WG, in der wir aber alle einen respektvollen und liebevollen Umgang miteinander haben und wissen, dass wir immer beim anderen anklopfen dürfen, wenn wir etwas brauchen. Trotzdem haben wir auch in der Küche immer mal wieder den ein oder anderen Plausch gehalten oder z.B. ein gemeinsames Weihnachtsessen veranstaltet.
In der WG wohnen bleiben werden Mickey (35) und Scott (21). Wer in die anderen zwei freien Zimmer einziehen wird, ist noch nicht klar. :)
A lot is happening in the flat share at the moment, as a total of 3 people are moving out. This means that life in the flat share can be completely reorganised if you like, because at the moment we are more of a functional flat share, but we all treat each other with respect and love and know that we can always knock on each other's doors if we need something. Nevertheless, we have also had the occasional chat in the kitchen or organised a Christmas dinner together, for example.
Mickey (35) and Scott (21) will be staying in the flat share. It is not yet clear who will move into the other two vacant rooms. :)
