Room is fully furnished and is equipped with underfloor heating. The room comes with a double bed, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, mirror, curtains, adjustable blinds, desk, chair, lamp, and television. The room has its own bathroom and it includes towels and a bathroom mat. There is a communal kitchen on the ground and first floor, which is fully equipped with cooking utensils, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There are 4 people currently living on the ground floor. In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine and dryer. This is all included in the rent as well as internet (wifi) and other utilities.

Also included in the rent is a cleaning service once a month.
Location
WG is located 10 km from Freising. A car is recommended although there is a bus stop outside the house (Kühnhausen, Mitte), but it only comes by once a day in the morning in the direction of Freising. There is another bus stop (Kranzberg, Berg), which is a 10min walk, the bus goes by serval times throughout the day but not hourly.
