Das komplett renovierte Haus hat 3 Etagen sowie das ausgebaute Dachgeschoss. Erdgeschoss und erster Stock wird von meiner Familie und mir bewohnt. Im 2. Stock und Dachgeschoss ist jeweils eine Wohneinheit mit je 4 komplett ausgestatteten Zimmern sowie einer Küche, Badezimmer und getrenntes WC.
Die Zimmer liegen im 3.Stock (Dachgeschoss) und sind vollmöbliert (Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kasten, ...) und einzeln versperrbar
Der Preis ist € 300,- monatlich inklusive Betriebskosten und Wlan. Kaution sind zwei Monatsmieten.

Lage: Das Haus liegt in der Martin-Johann-Schmidt Straße 6 beim Kloster Und. Du bist in ca. fünf Minuten am Campus und du kannst ohne Probleme zu Fuß zum Bahnhof oder in die Altstadt gehen.
WG-Leben: Du teilst dir gemeinsam mit deinen 3 Mitbewohnern eine Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein WC. In der Nichtraucher WG wohnen sowohl Frauen und Männer.
I offer from the beginning of February until the end of June 2025 one room (number 8) in a students’ flat sharing community for rent. The completely renovated house has three floors and a converted top floor. I live with my family on the ground floor and first floor. On the second floor and on the top floor there is living unit, each consisting of four completely furnished rooms as well as a kitchen, a bathroom and a separated toilet.
All rooms on the third floor are completely furnished with bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe, … and can be locked individually.
The monthly price is € 300,- including running costs (also wifi), with additional two monthly rents as a deposit.

Living within the non-smoking flat sharing community: You share with three other male and female students the kitchen with a sitting unit, the bathroom and the separated toilet.
