MitbewohnerIn für 2er Wg

Heyho!

Dadurch das es in Krems einen Haufen schöner Wohnungen aber so gut wie keine Wgs gibt und ich auch lieber gemeinsam als alleine wohne, bin ich auf der Suche nach jemand zweiten um eine Wg zu gründen. Kurz zu mir: Ich heiße Elias, bin 31 Jahre und komme Anfang September nach Krems, um zu studieren (International Wine Business an der Imc).

Ich interessiere mich für alles rund um die Themen Genuss und Sport. Ich koche sehr gerne (und bei aller Bescheidenheit ziemlich gut;) ), hab ein Faible für guten Wein (wer hätte das gedacht) und bin allzeit bereit, die Gastro Welt zu erkunden.
Sonst geh ich gern laufen, wandern, Rad fahren, bin hin und wieder im Gym und der gelegentlichen Yogastunde auch nicht abgeneigt.
Wg life ist mit mir sehr stressfrei. Finds wichtig das es eine gewisse Sauberkeit und Ordnung gibt und man einander respektiert. Wie in allen Dingen ist Kommunikation das A und O. Würd mich freun hin und wieder was gemeinsam zu machen (siehe Interessen oben :D), brauch aber auch genauso Zeit für mich. Meine Vorstellung von Party geht mittlerweile mehr in Richtung Freunde zum Essen einladen.

Heyho!

Since there are a lot of nice flats in Krems but almost no shared flats and I prefer to live together rather than alone, I am looking for someone else to find a flat together. My name is Elias, I'm 31 years old and I'm coming to Krems at the beginning of September to study International Wine Business at the Imc.

I am interested in everything to do with enjoyment and sport. I love to cook (and despite my modesty, my cookings awesome ;) ), have a soft spot for good wine (who would have thought that) and am always ready to explore the gastronomic world.
Otherwise, I like to go running, hiking, cycling, go to the gym now and then and I'm not averse to the occasional yoga class either.
Wg life is very stress-free with me. I find it important that there is a certain cleanliness and order and that we respect each other. As in all things, communication is everything. I would be happy to do something together from time to time (for me, enjoyment must be shared), but I also need time for myself. My idea of a party is now more along the lines of inviting friends over for dinner :).
