Ab 1. Juli 2023 wird mein Zimmer mit 11,07 m² Größe in unserer WG frei. Die gesamte Wohnung ist knapp über 87 m² groß und unterteilt sich in einen großzügigen Eingangsbereich, drei Schlafzimmer, eine Abstellkammer, separates Bad und WC, Wohnzimmer übergehend in Küche und Esstisch, sowie einen Balkon. Für zusätzlichen Stauraum gibt es ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradabstellraum, sowie die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu mieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am gemeinsamen Hauptcampus der FH, Donauuniversität und Karl Landsteiner Universität und ist daher auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt gelegen. In der Miete sind alle laufenden Kosten, mit Ausnahme des WLAN, inkludiert. Das Zimmer ist zum Zeitpunkt des Einzugs teilmöbliert (Bett + Matratze) und die Kaution beträgt 820€. Mietdauer min. 1 Jahr.

As of July 1, 2023, my 11.07 m² room will be available in our shared flat (m/f). The entire apartment is just over 87 m² in size and is divided into a spacious entrance area, three bedrooms, a storage room, separate bathroom and toilet, living room merging into the kitchen and dining area, and a balcony. For additional storage space there is a basement compartment and a bicycle storage room, as well as the possibility for parking on the street. The apartment is located directly near the main campus shared by the University of Applied Sciences, Danube University and Karl Landsteiner University and is therefore also in the immediate vicinity of the old town. All running costs, with the exception of WiFi, are included in the rent. The room is partially furnished at the time of moving in (bed and mattress) and the deposit is 820€. Minimum rental contract of 1 year.

- Olivia ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert im Master Biotechnologie am IMC Krems. Sie ist ursprünglich aus Kanada, aber spricht super Deutsch. Sie ist eine fröhliche, sportliche Person, die gerne zusammen kocht und ein Gläschen Wein oder Kaffee trinkt.
- Mario ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Medizin auf der Karl Landsteiner Universität. Wenn er gerade nicht lernt, fährt er gerne mit seinem Mountainbike neue Strecken in der Umgebung ab und gönnt sich danach ein Bier.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene und freundliche WG, kochen gerne einmal zusammen oder schauen einen Film. Uns ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig und dass wir einander respektieren. Wir suchen nach einer verantwortungsvollen und verlässlichen Person.

- Olivia is 22 years old and studies in the Master programme Biotechnology at the IMC Krems. She is originally from Canada, but speaks very good German. She is a joyful, sporty person who enjoys cooking together or drinking a glass of wine or coffee.
- Mario is 23 years old and studies Medicine at the Karl Landsteiner University. When he’s not studying, he enjoys finding new trails with his mountain bike and enjoying a cold beer.
