Studi-Leben auf hohem Niveau: Diese Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet, mit ausufernden Balkonen, Fussbodenheizung und Kamin ausgestattet. Sie liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom Kremser Zentrum entfernt und doch in absoluter Grünruhelage, Garten und kleiner Pool inklusive.

Ich bin im Oktober 2024 nach Krems zu gezogen. Die optimale Wohnung - siehe oben - hab ich bereits gefunden. Einziger Nachteil: Sie ist sehr groß - 125m2. Zum Glück ist sie bestens strukturiert und lädt zum studentischen - oder auch nichtstudentischen - Zusammenwohnen ein.

Damit ist auch schon die persönliche Ebene angesprochen: Gemeinsames Wohnen sollte im Idealfall einen Mehrwert darstellen. Für alle zusammen Wohnenden. Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Handschlagqualität und gegenseitiger Respekt sind schon mal eine gute Basis.
