Liebe Interessenten,
bitte schreibt ein wenig über Euch, wenn ihr Interesse an der Wohnung habt.
Man hat im WInter Meeresblick in dem 30 qm Zimmer. Zudem sind dort auch einige Möbel vorhanden.
Es ohne eine berufstätige männliche Person dort sowie eine 22 jährige BWL Stundentin.
Im Sommer hat man es super nahe zum Strand. Auch gibt es einen Garten wo wir gemeinsam grillen könnten.
Das Zimmer kostet eigentlich 600 Euro. Wenn ihr euch vorstellen könnt, dass ihr mir in meiner Galerie/Atelier oder bei Handwerklichen Dingen einen Tag im Monat helft a ca. 8 Stunden, wäre das mit der Miete von 500 Euro pauschal für mich in Ordnung. Wenn ihr keine Zeit habt müsste ich 600 Euro warm nehmen.
