Hallo in die Runde,

zum Februar 2025 wird ein wunderschönes WG Zimmer in unserer dreier WG frei. Wir haben einen tollen Garten plus Gartentreibhaus. :)

(Auch einen Teich und eine schöne Terrasse gehören zur Wohnung. )

Stadtteil Lahr-Sulz. Neben einer Kirche (Glocke) nur zur info ;)

Bitte beachte dass hier die Busanbindung leider nicht so gut ist, falls du darauf angewiesen bist.

Aktuell wohnen zweiFrauen 36&38 in der WG.

Das WG Leben ist aktuell nicht sehr aktiv unter anderem auch weil nicht immer alle Mitbewohner zuhause sind, da teilweise gependelt wird…

Kann sich aber auch mit dir ändern….

Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig und die Wohnung wird gemeinsam ordentlich& sauber gehalten.

Kaution zwei Monatsmieten, eine Haftpflichtversicherung ist notwendig, sowie auch bitte auch eine Schufa (request now) Auskunft.

Pauschalmiete fix inkl. Wlan.

Zum Zimmer gehört ein kleiner Garten/ Treibhaus zur Nutzung.
