Da ich ab April ein Praktikum außerhalb von Landau mache und anschließend ein Erasmus in Finnland machen werde, bin ich für diesen Zeitraum auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter/ einer Zwischenmieterin. Wenn du aber zum Beispiel erst ab Mai oder einfach allgemein nur für eine Teilzeit einziehen möchtest, wäre das auch machbar 🌻
Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ist durch seine Südseiten-Ausrichtung schön hell. Außerdem ist ein kleiner Knaller das eigene Bad, was ebenfalls sehr geräumig ist.
Im Zimmer steht ein E-Piano, das nach Absprache auch genutzt werden kann, und ein bisschen cool ist auch der höhenverstellbare Schreibtisch, den ich neulich auf eBay gefunden habe :) Außerdem stehen ziemlich viele Pflanzen im Zimmer, die du gerne im Zimmer haben (und gießen 🪴) darfst, sonst kann ich die aber auch an Freunde abgeben.
*Nach umfassender Renovierung unserer Küche werden jetzt nächste Woche noch Wasser und Spülmaschine angeschlossen. Ich werde dann nächste Woche von der fertigen Küche noch Bilder hochladen :)*

Since I will be doing an Internship in April/ May/ June and a Semester abroad afterwards, I am currently looking for someone who needs a place to stay in Landau in that period of time. - If you are for example looking for a place from May on, instead of April, feel free to contact me anyways!- 🌻 The room, that you would be staying in, is pretty large and due to it facing south also very sunny. A big plus is your own bathroom which is also quite spacious. There is also a E-piano and a high adjustable desk which can both be used.
*Since our kitchen was being renovated over the last months I will add photos of it next week when they will be finished.*
Die Wohnung liegt im OG eines sehr zentralen Hauses, an der Ecke Nordring/Neustadter Straße. Von hier aus sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni und 5 Minuten zur Fuß zur Innenstadt. Auch zum Bahnhof sind es maximal 15 Minuten zu Fuß und der Rewe ist literally auf der anderen Straßenseite :)

The apartment is on the top floor of a very central building, on the corner of Nordring/Neustadter Straße. From here it's a 10-minute walk to the university, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 15-minute walk to the train station. In addition the closest grocery store is literally on the other side of the street :)
Zusammenleben würdest du für die drei Monate mit Clara, Mika und Angi. Clara und ich studieren beide “Mensch und Umwelt” im Bachelor hier an der Uni. Mika ist in seinem zweiten Ausbildungsjahr und Angi macht ein FSJ. Wir sind eine sehr entspannte WG, wie es auf WG gesucht immer so schön heißt “alles kann, nichts muss” :)

You would live together with Clara, Mika and Angi for those three months. Clara and I study together while Mika is doing a training as an automotive car engineer and Angi is volunteering for a year. As we have quite different daily lives we do not do super much together but the atmosphere is quite chilled and open for activities :)
