Das Zimmer ist ca 12 qm groß, hat einen Holzboden und- decke und ein Fenster mit Blick auf Martinskirche und die Burg. Das Bett und vielleicht auch andere Möbel können übernommen werden.

Unsere WG liegt in Landshut West und die Altstadt sowie der Bahnhof sind gut erreichbar (zu Fuß 20min/ Fahrrad 10 min). Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb 10 min erreichbar und die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Stadtbad/Freibad. Zur Hochschule sind es mit dem Fahrrad 25 min.

Wir (Debby, Vicky und Annalena) studieren und arbeiten in Landshut. Gerne Essen wir zusammen oder unternehmen mal etwas.
Uns wäre wichtig, dass die Person, die einzieht, einigermaßen ordentlich und auch offen dafür ist, dass wir regelmäßig Leute zu uns einladen und auch gerne mal was gemeinsam unternehmen.

Unsere Altbauwohnung verfügt über einen großen Balkon und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, sowie eine vollgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine im Bad.
