Die Wohnung ist ca. 80qm groß und besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer mit eingebauter Küche und einem Bad.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert:
in jedem Schlafzimmer befinden sich Betten, Schränke und ein Schreibtisch + Stuhl
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine große Schlafcouch, ein weiteres Sofa wird von mir noch dazu kommen.
In der Küche befindet sich ein Esstisch inklusive Stühle, sowie eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Regensburg, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20min in der Innenstadt, man kann sehr schön flach am Regen entlang fahren.
Es gehen alle 20 Minuten die Buslinien 13, 15 und 17 bis zum Hauptbahnhof (genaue Pläne siehe RVV).
Direkt gegenüber von der Wohung ist ein Edeka und ein Norma, bisschen weiter weg ein Aldi und dm.
Gleich in der Nähe ist auch das Strandbad Pielmühle am Regen, im Sommer ein Traum, dort befinden sich auch Parkplätze.

Bei Interesse einfach anschreiben, ich kümmere mich um einen Besichtigungstermin bei der Vermieterin.
