Sehr großes Zimmer zu gutem Preis. WG über 2 Etagen Zimmer im 2 OG, größere Küche, kein Wohnzimmer, Haus nur von der WG bewohnt, im Erdgeschoss ist ein Geschäft, 2 Bäder, Fenster nach Osten & Westen, 17 Steckdosen, kleine Einbauschränke, Teppichboden, ziehe nur aufgrund eines Umzugs nach Hamburg aus.
Gelegen in der Fußgängerzone, trotzdem ruhig. (Außer bei Stadtfesten ;)) Bahn innerhalb von 15min zu fuß zu erreichen. Nächster Supermarkt 10min zu Fuß. Hochschule, BBS usw. 5-10min zu Fuß, Parksituation Innenstadtgemäß aber machbar und nah dran.
Mitbewohner sind Studenten im Bachelor & Master (Hochschule Emden/Leer), beides tolle Menschen! Keine reine Zweck-WG, Viel Studi Know-How aus Leer vorhanden.
Bei Interesse einfach melden, Studenten des Fachbereichs Leer bevorzugt aber natürlich alle willkommen.
ggf. auch etwas früherer Einzug möglich.
Evtl. kleiner Abschlag, aber das kann verhandelt werden ;)
Evtl. können Teile der aktuellen Ausstattung/Mobillierung übernommen werden.
