**I am offering my beautiful, large and sunny furnished apartment for subletting. The apartment is in a quiet location in an apartment building. The apartment (45m²) is on the 2nd floor and has 2 rooms and a washing machine, fridge etc.

Die Haltestelle Südstraße mit tram 7 Richtung Böhlitz Ehrenberg von Hauptbahnhof Leipzig entfernt nur 23minuten. Haltestelle entfernt nur 1 min zum Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich außerdem ein Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Sparkasse, Bibliothek, Wendl, Donershop usw.

** The Südstraße bus-stop with tram 7 in the direction of Böhlitz Ehrenberg is only 23 minutes away from Leipzig main station. The Bus-stop is just 1-minute walk. Aldi, Netto, Edeka, Sparkasse, Library, Bakery, Donershop, etc. are also in the immediate vicinity.

Das Zimmer ist mit einer Matratze, einem Fernseher, einem Schreibtisch/Stuhl ausgestattet sein. Alle anderen Bereiche der Wohnung (Bad, Küche) sind voll möbliert.
