Hallöchen Ihr Lieben. Weil unser Mitbewohni auszieht, suchen wir jemand Neues ab 25 Jahren aufwärts, um die WG komplett zu machen. Bist das vielleicht Du?
Die Wohnung geht über zwei Etagen. Wir teilen uns zwei große Bäder (Tageslicht, 2 Toiletten, 2 Duschen, eine Badewanne) und einen sehr geräumigen offenen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Kamin und Dachterrasse mit 180° Blick, sowie einen echt schönen Garten inklusive Feuerstelle mit den anderen Parteien im Haus.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 18m2 und hat Echtholzboden. Wir hätten auch Matratzen und ein paar Möbel, falls du noch was brauchst. Unsere Zimmer und die Bäder befinden sich alle im unteren Geschoss, oben ist nur Gemeinschaftsfläche mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Kamin und Dachterasse.
Bitte mach dir Gedanken, ob die Lage etwas außerhalb und die Höhe der Miete für dich passen, bevor du zu uns zum Casting kommst :)

Hello lovelies. Because our flatmate is moving out, we are looking for someone new up from 25 years, to complete the flat share. Could that be you?
The apartment has two floors. We share two large bathrooms (daylight, 2 toilets, 2 showers, a bathtub) and a very spacious open common area with fireplace and roof terrace with 180° view, as well as a really nice garden including a fireplace with the other parties in the house.
The room is about 18m2 and has a real wood floor. We also have mattresses and some furniture if you need anything else. Our rooms and the bathrooms are all on the lower floor, upstairs is just a communal area with kitchen, living room, fireplace and roof terrace.
Please think about whether the location not in the city center and the amount of rent are suitable for you before you come to our casting :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Leipziger Westen. Mit dem Rad fährt man in ca 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt, die Tramhaltestelle Rathaus Leutzsch ist zwei Minuten entfernt (18 min zum Hauptbahnhof). Ein Rewe, Penny, Rossmann (Leutzsch Arkaden) und ein Döner/Späti befinden sich einmal schräg über die Straße und der Leutzscher Rathauspark mit Tischtennisplatten ist ebenfalls einmal über die Straße. Von unserer Dachterrasse gibt es einen fantastischen, unverstellten Blick auf den Auwald.

The apartment is located in the west of Leipzig. The city center can be reached by bike in about 20 minutes, the streetcar stop Rathaus Leutzsch is two minutes away (18 minutes to the main train station). Wir sind eine bunte Gruppe, die abends gerne im großen, gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsbereich zusammenkommt. Wir kochen, entspannen, hören und machen Musik, basteln, gärtnern, containern und sitzen im Winter gerne am Kamin. Dabei entstehen oft spontane Ideen und Pläne.
Unsere verschiedene Interessen sind vielfältig: Musik, Basteln, Yoga, Essensimprovisationen, feiern gehen, Wein trinen oder einfach die Suche nach dem besten Falafel der Stadt – bei uns ist für jede*n was dabei. Wir teilen die Freude am gemeinsam Zeit verbringen und stehen uns immer gegenseitig zur Seite.
Wir leben familiär zusammen, und ein respektvolles Miteinander sowie Interesse an den Mitbewohner*innen sind uns wichtig. Ordnung und Sauberkeit liegen uns ebenfalls am Herzen, das erwarten wir auch von dir.
Wir haben eine gemeinsame Einkaufskasse für Grundnahrungsmittel, aber das meiste Essen organisieren wir durch Containern und foodsharing, es gehört bei uns dazu, dass jede*r sich bei der Essenbeschaffung einbringt.
Wir kochen fast jeden Tag und wünschen uns eine Person, die im besten Fall Spaß dran hat mit und für viele Personen zu kochen.
Hin und wieder treffen wir uns, um Organisatorisches zu besprechen oder einfach über unsere aktuellen Befindlichkeiten zu quatschen.
Aufgrund von Tierhaarallergien können wir leider keine Haustiere aufnehmen.
