Hallo zusammen, ich suche eine:n Untermieter:in für meine Wohnung im Leipziger Westen, da ich beruflich derzeit nicht in Leipzig bin. Eines der Zimmer würde ich für sporadische Besuche in Leipzig behalten. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer - das schlafzimmer, das ich vermiete ist 14qm. Aus dem Fenster schaut man direkt auf das Jahrtausendfeld. Die Wohnung bietet einen Wohn-Ess-Kochbereich, ein Tageslichtbad, einen Hauswirtschaftsraum und einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen dem Karl-Heine-Kanal und Karl-Heine-Straße im lebendigen Stadtteil Plagwitz. Gemütlichen Abenden am Kanal oder der Karl-Heine steht also nichts im Weg. Die nächste Straßenbahn-Haltestelle ist nur drei Minuten, und auch der Konsum im Westwerk ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad sind sowohl die Innenstadt als auch das Seenland schnell erreichbar.
Du würdest die meiste Zeit alleine in der Wohnung wohnen, da ich beruflich überwiegend nicht in Leipzig sein werde. Wenn ich jedoch mal da bin, können wir gerne mal ein Glas Wein trinken :)
