Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in bester Plagwitzer Lage

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im lebendigen Teil von Plagwitz, dh in der Straße sind Kneipen, Restaurant, Supermärkte, Alteliers und ein Theater. Zudem liegt es unmittelbar in der Nähe des Flusses mit Uferpormenade. An einigen Sonntagen ist gegenüber ein Flohmarkt. Die nächste Haltestelle der Tram 14 ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt.

The apartment is located in the middle of the lively part of Plagwitz, which means that there are pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, studios and a theater on the street. It is also very close to the river with its riverside promenade. On some Sundays there is a flea market opposite. The nearest tram stop 14 is a 3-minute walk away.

Hello (eng. below)! Eva, sucht ab März jemand nettes zur Untermiete ihres Zimmers für erstmal minimum 4 Monate.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell, 3.OG und natürlich ideal gelegen auf der Karl- Heine - Strasse. Zu den beiden WG Zimmern gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer. Du würdest mit mir, Frieda (36) zusammenleben

Hi, ich freue mich, auf Deutsch oder Englisch zusammenzuleben. Bin vor etwa 1 Monat aus Berlin nach Leipzig gezogen. Ich finde mich hier gerade ein, beruflich wie privat. Ich arbeite neu in einem Büro als Landschaftsarchitektin. Was die Freizeitgestaltung angeht, finde ich mich auch noch ein. Meine Gedanken sind das Impro-Theater wieder aufzugreifen und/oder Gesangsunterricht zu nehmen, sonst zeichne ich, fahre gerne rad, gehe spazieren, tanzen und treffe mich mit Freunden. Gemütliche Spieleabende sind auch ein Teil von mir. Neben den Unternehmungen liebe ich es abzuhängen.

Ich mag eine grobe Miteinander WG Mischung aus:
- 1/3 Zeit in der Wohnung allein,
- 1/3 beide da jede*r macht sein eigenes Ding,
- 1/3 gemeinsame Aktivitäten (z. B. Kochen, eine Putzparty, Spieleabend oder Tee und quatschen).

Aktuell teilen wir uns einige Grundnahrungsmittel und Haushaltswaren – das klappt super, ist aber kein Muss. Der Kühlschrank ist gemischt (flexitarisch, gelegentlich auch Fleisch oder Fisch).

Fuck yea (was mir wichtig ist)
- Offene Kommunikation und Selbstverantwortung: Bedürfnisse, Grenzen oder Konflikte ansprechen können.🔥
- Respektvolle Nähe: Ich mag grundsätzlich körperliche Nähe und Umarmungen, aber immer situativ und im beidseitigen Konsens.
- Körperpositivität: Ich möchte mich frei in der Wohnung bewegen können (ja, auch mal halbnackt vom Bad ins Zimmer hüpfen 😉).
- Achtsamkeit z.B. bei Krankheit: Rücksicht nehmen, damit sich niemand unnötig ansteckt.

Was NICHT gut passt
- Rauchen im Zimmer - bisher ist die Wohnung rauchfrei
- Häufiger oder übermäßiger Konsum von Alkohol oder anderen Substanzen.
- Dogmatismus, Schwurbel-Theorien, fixe Vorurteile und Hass.

The apartment is nice and bright, on the 3rd floor and of course ideally located on Karl-Heine-Strasse. There is also a living room in addition to our rooms. You would live with me, Frieda (36)

Hi, I'm looking forward to living together in German or English. I moved from Berlin to Leipzig about 1 month ago. I'm just finding my feet here, both professionally and privately. I'm now working in an office as a landscape architect. As far as leisure activities go, I'm still finding my feet. I'm thinking about getting back into improvisational theater and/or taking singing lessons, otherwise I draw, like to ride my bike, go for walks, dance and meet up with friends. Cozy game nights are also part of me. In addition to the activities, I love hanging out.


I like a balanced flat-sharing vibe, with:
- 1/3 alone time in the apartment,
- 1/3 both doing our own thing while at home,
- 1/3 shared activities (e.g., cooking, a cleaning party, or coffee and chatting).

Currently, we share some basic groceries and household items, which works great, but it’s not a requirement. As for food, the fridge is mixed (flexitarian, with occasional meat or fish).

Fuck yea (important to me)
- Open communication and self-responsibility: Being able to discuss needs, boundaries, or conflicts. 🔥
- Respectful closeness: I generally enjoy physical closeness and hugs, but always situational and consensual.
- Body positivity: I want to feel free and comfortable moving around the flat (yes, sometimes even in minimal clothing 😉).
- Mindfulness (e.g., during illness): Taking care not to spread anything to each other.

What doesn’t work for me
- Smoking in the own room - the flat is until now free of smoking.
- Frequent or excessive use of alcohol or other substances.
- Dogmatism, conspiracy theories, prejudice and hate (love is stronger anyway! 🏳️‍🌈).

Der Nachbar unter uns ist etwas Geräuchssensibel, sodass in der Wohnung nicht schweren Fußes rumgelaufen werden kann.
1x alle 2 Monate sind wir als WG dran, das Treppenhaus bis zur Etage unter uns zu reinigen.
Zur Wohnung gibt es noch eine sehr kleine Abstellkamme auf halber Treppenhöhe, die aber schon recht voll ist. Kleinigkeiten passen noch rein.
Wie es ab dem 01.07.25 hier in der Wohnung weitergeht, ist noch etwas offen. Vielleicht können wir auch noch länger drin bleiben. Das klärt sich in den nächsten Wochen.


The neighbor below us is a bit sensitive to noise, so it's not easy to walk around the apartment with heavy feet.
Once every two months, we as a shared flat have to clean the stairwell down to the floor below us.
The apartment also has a very small storage room halfway up the stairs, but it's already quite full. Small things still fit in.
What will happen to the apartment from July 1st, 2025 is still a bit unclear. Maybe we can stay there longer. That will become clear in the next few weeks.
