Die Lage des Zimmers ist sehr praktisch, da sich ein Rewe, Denn's,, Kaufland, Penny und Rossmann in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Mit Haltestellen für Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Tür ist die Anbindung optimal. Für Kaffeeliebhaber gibt es gemütliche Cafés, darunter das Espresso Zack Zack, in dem sogar das Arbeiten in netter Atmosphäre möglich ist. Die Eisenbahnstraße ist ebenfalls nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Und das Beste ist, dass wir einen wunderschönen Park direkt um die Ecke haben, in dem wir gerne spazieren gehen (Stünzer Park).

The location of the room is extremely convenient as there is a Rewe, Denn's, Kaufland, Penny and Rossmann just around the corner. With bus and train stops right in front of the door, the connection is perfect. There are charming cafés for coffee lovers, including the Espresso Zack Zack, where you can even work in a nice atmosphere. Eisenbahnstraße is also only a stone's throw away. And the best thing is that we have a beautiful park just around the corner that we love to walk in (Stünzer Park).

Wir – Laura und Jessi – suchen eine neue, sympathische Mitbewohner*in für unsere entspannte 3er-WG. Uns ist wichtig, dass unsere Wohnung ein Ort zum „Auftanken“ bleibt: Wir mögen es eher ruhig, genießen aber gerne gute Gespräche und kochen ab und zu zusammen. Außerdem legen wir Wert auf eine saubere, ordentliche Wohnung, in der sich alle wohlfühlen können.

Isa (34) zieht demnächst um und ihr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon wird frei :)

Laura (34), die schon seit 8 Jahren in dieser Wohnung wohnt, hat Spanisch und Französisch studiert und ist gerade dabei, ein bisschen Geld anzusparen, um in ein paar Monaten ins Ausland zu gehen. Daher wird auch ihr Zimmer ab Sommer auf unbestimmte Zeit untervermietet. Sie kocht leidenschaftlich gerne und probiert regelmäßig neue Rezepte aus – du darfst dich also auf leckere Inspiration freuen!

Jessi (27) studiert Ernährungswissenschaften und ist nebenbei Yogalehrerin. Sie unterrichtet mehrmals die Woche und schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Halle. Jessi liebt es, aktiv zu sein und Sport zu treiben und sitzt auch gerne mal in der Küche und bastelt, malt und lebt sich kreativ aus. Sie geht gerne auf Konzerte und ist viel unterwegs, freut sich aber trotzdem auf ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben. Jessi kennt sich super gut in Leipzig aus, wohnt auch schon seit 8 Jahren in der Stadt und ist genauso wie Laura absoluter WG-Profi.

Da sich die WG gerade stark verändert, hast du die Möglichkeit, das WG-Leben komplett neu mitzugestalten.

We – Laura and Jessi – are looking for a new, friendly roommate for our laid-back three-person flatshare. It's important to us that our place remains somewhere you can recharge: We prefer a quiet atmosphere, but we do enjoy having good conversations and occasionally cooking together. We also value keeping our apartment clean and tidy so that everyone can feel comfortable.

Isa (34) will be moving out soon, which means her lovely room with a balcony will become available :)

Laura (34) has been living in this apartment for eight years. She studied Spanish and French and is currently saving up to spend some time abroad in a few months. This means her room will also be sublet from the summer onwards, for an indefinite period. She’s passionate about cooking and loves trying new recipes – so you can look forward to some tasty inspiration!

Jessi (27) is studying nutritional science and also works as a yoga teacher. She teaches several times a week and is currently writing her master’s thesis in Halle. Jessi loves being active and doing sports, and you can often find her in the kitchen making crafts, painting, or exploring her creativity. She enjoys going to concerts and is often out and about, but she still looks forward to a friendly shared living experience. Jessi knows Leipzig inside out, has been living here for eight years, and – just like Laura – is a real WG pro.

Since the flatshare is going through a lot of changes at the moment, you’ll have the chance to help shape the new WG life from the ground up.
