ich suche eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für meinen Mitbewohner. Das Zimmer ist 12,80 m² groß, unmöbiliert und hat zwei große Fenster, wodurch sehr viel Licht reinkommen kann.
Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine sowie Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden, WLAn würde 9€ im Monat kosten, Strom ist bereits in den Nebenkosten enthalten.

I'm lookong for a new Roommate in our shared appartment in Schleußig, Leipzig. The room has 12.80 m², comes without furniture and has two big windows. We have a dishwasher, a washing maschine and a bike room (where you can put your bike if you dont need it). Wifi would cost 9€ per month, electricity is already included.
Die WG liegt im schönen Familiengebiet Schleußig. Bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es ca. 15 min mit der Bahn und ca. 5 min mit dem Bus zur Karli. Supermärkte u.ä. sind easy zu Fuß erreichbar und der Clara-Park sowie der Stadthafen sind auch nicht weit. :)
You can find the appartment in the beautiful district Schleußig, known for its many water channels and very family friendly and quiet.
The city centre is about 15 min away (with Tram) and the Karli (famous street with bars and stuff) about 5 min per bus. Stores, pharmacies, etc. is easily reachable by walking and the Clara-park isnt far either. :)
Deine Mitbewohnis sind Ammar, Tazarf, ich (Indira) und eine weitere neue Person. Insgesamt sind wir eher so ne Zweck-Wg, aber alle sind super nett und man kann easy auch mal was zusammen machen :)
Your roommates would be Ammar, Tazarf, me (Indira) and another new person.
Overall are we more living next to eachother than together but everybody is super friendly and kind and we easily can spend time together aswell :)
Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mich gerne an, dann können wir eine Besichtigung (auch gern Online, falls du nicht aus der Nähe bist) ausmachen.
Falls du dich für das Zimmer entscheidest, brauch ich von dir ne ausgefüllte Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, die ich dir schicken würde, einen Einkommensnachweis von dir bzw. deinen Eltern im Fall einer Bürgschaft sowie eine Ausweiskopie. :)
