Hallo, ich suche für Mai – September (5 Monate) eine Person zur Zwischenmiete. Das Zimmer ist ca 23m² groß, wenn gewünscht möbiliert, es ist sehr ruhig, die Fenster gehen zum Garten raus und kostet 302€ warm.

Hello, I am looking for someone to rent my room from May to September (5 months). The room is about 23m², can be furnished if required, is very quiet, the windows face the garden and costs 302€ including heating.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist schnell im Wald/Park und trotzdem ist die Haltestelle nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Rad kommt man schnell überall hin. Ein Supermarkt ist auch gleich in der Nähe.
The location is very quiet, you can quickly get to the forest/park and yet the bus stop is only 3 minutes away. You can get anywhere quickly by bike. There is also a supermarket nearby.
Wir sind zu fünft (zw 31 – 51 Jahre alt) und wir machen mal mehr und mal weniger zusammen. Die Küche ist natürlich ein beliebter Treffpunkt, wo wir zusammen abhängen, essen, manchmal gehen wir auch zusammen schwimmen, zu Veranstaltungen,... wenns wärmer ist spielt sich viel im Garten ab, wo man sich mit eigenen Kenntnissen einbringen und voneinander lernen kann. Es gibt aber auch Zeiten wo man sich mal mehr zurück zieht und jede Person das eigene Ding macht, ohne sich ganz aus den Augen zu verlieren. Grundsätzlich schätzen wir ein aufeinander acht geben und einen wertschätzenden und vertrauten Umgang miteinander. Am Haus muss immer mal was getan werden - Hecke schneiden, Rasen mähen, Dachrinne sauber machen, Mülltonnen rausstellen etc. Das Haus ist unsaniert, also ungedämmt und mit Doppelfenstern.
There are five of us (aged between 31 and 51) The kitchen is naturally a popular meeting place where we hang out and eat together, sometimes we go swimming together, to events, etc. When it's warmer, a lot happens in the garden, where you can contribute your own knowledge and learn from each other. But there are also times when you withdraw more and everyone does their own thing without completely losing sight of each other. Basically, we value looking out for each other and treating each other with respect and trust. There is always something that needs to be done around the house - trimming the hedge, mowing the lawn, cleaning the gutter, putting out the garbage cans, etc. The house has not been renovated, i.e. it is not insulated and has double windows.
