Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell. Es ist ca. 19 qm groß und hat hohe Decken. Die beiden Fenster sind zum grünen Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass es immer angenehm ruhig ist.

The room is spacious and bright. It is approx. 19 m² in size and has high ceilings. The two windows face the green inner courtyard, so it is always pleasantly quiet.

Du wohnst am östlichen Ende der Eisenbahnstraße, kurz hinter dem Torgauer Platz. Mit den Öffis (Tram 3, 7 und 8) oder mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20 Minuten am Hbf oder Augustusplatz. Es gibt einen kleinen Konsum in nächster Nähe. Rewe, Kaufland und Lidl sind fußläufig 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt. Zum nächsten größeren Park läuft man ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten.
Die Eisi ist in Leipzig für ihr Nachtleben bekannt. Insbesondere am Wochenende brummt hier das Leben. Hinter dem Torgauer Platz ist es schon etwas ruhiger, aber die Bars sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

You will live at the eastern end of Eisenbahnstraße, just behind the Torgauer Platz. By public transport (tram 3, 7 and 8) or by bike you can reach the main station or Augustusplatz within 20 minutes. There is a small grocery store just around the corner. Bigger stores such as Rewe, Kaufland and Lidl are a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The nearest larger park is about a 15 to 20 minutes walk away.
The Eisenbahnstraße, which is referred to as "Eisi" by locals, is known for its nightlife. Especially at weekends, the place is buzzing with life. Behind Torgauer Platz it gets a bit quieter, but the pubs are only a stone's throw away.
Das WG-Leben ist warm und herzlich. Alles kann, nichts muss. Häufig unternehmen wir spontan was, gehen was trinken, kochen zusammen, spielen etwas oder schnacken einfach nur. Wir haben immer ein offenes Ohr füreinander. Wenn jemand Ruhe braucht oder pauken muss, ist das natürlich total in Ordnung. Es gibt außerdem einen Putzplan, an den sich alle meistens halten.
Du wohnst mit Philipp (27), Jakob (27) und Franka (21) zusammen. Jakob studiert Kommunikationswissenschaft im Master, interessiert sich für alles rund um Musik, Filme und Kultur und ist seit kurzem passionierter Läufer. Philipp fährt gerne Rennrad, joggt oder schwimmt leidenschaftlich gerne und ist gerade frisch ins Arbeitsleben gestartet. Franka studiert Medizin, fährt ebenfalls gerne Rennrad, häkelt und liest.

Our WG life is warm and friendly. We often do things spontaneously: Go out for a drink, cook together, play a game, chat or do WG sports and yoga. We are always there for each other. Of course, if someone needs some quiet time or has to study, that's totally fine. There is also a cleaning schedule that everyone usually sticks to.
You live with Philipp (27), Jakob (27) and Franka (21). Jakob is studying for a Master's degree in communication science, is interested in everything to do with music, films and culture and has recently become a passionate runner. Philipp enjoys cycling, jogging and swimming and has just started working full-time. Franka is studying medicine, also enjoys cycling as well as crocheting and reading.
Der Zeitpunkt zum Einziehen soll grundsätzlich lieber früher als später sein, kann aber flexibel ab dem 01.04. stattfinden. Die Warmmiete liegt bei 271,80€ , inklusive Internet und Strom. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Wir freuen uns, wenn du zum WG-"Casting" persönlich vorbeikommst, digitale Treffen sind aber auch möglich. Sag gern Bescheid, wenn du diesbezüglich schon eine Präferenz für das Datum hast.

The time to move in should generally be sooner rather than later, but can be flexible from April 1st. The total rent is 271.80€, including internet and electricity.
We would be happy for you to come to the flat share "casting" in person, but digital meetings are also possible. Please let me know if you already have a preference for the date.
