Hallo ihr Lieben,
für Dezember und Januar wird mein schönes, großes Zimmer frei.
Da ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen (Schichtdienst) meinen Job kündige und noch nicht weiß, ob ich eine Sperre beim Arbeitsamt bekomme oder nicht, ziehe ich ins Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer) ein und vermiete für die Übergangszeit zwischen Gehalt und ALG I mein möbliertes Zimmer.
Die genaue Mietdauer kann besprochen werden.
Das Zimmer ist 21 qm groß, sehr hell und geht zu einer eher ruhigen Straße raus.
Die meisten Möbel auf den Fotos lasse ich drin, d.h. 1 Matratze (Bettgestell kann aufgebaut werden, ich schlafe aktuell mit Matratze auf Lattenrost auf Boden, weil ich das lieber mag), 2 Kleiderschränke, 1 Schreibtisch plus Stuhl und ein Regal. Die restlichen Sachen nehme ich mit.
Wir sind eine lockere Zweck-WG, manchmal essen wir etwas zusammen und unterhalten uns in der Küche, aber sonst gehen wir unseren Tätigkeiten nach. Moiz (29) ist Wissenschaftler und arbeitet in einem Start-up und macht seine Master-Thesis. Pooja (31) ist ebenfalls Wissenschaftlerin und arbeitet sehr viel an ihrer Karriere am Max-Planck-Institut.
Ich mache Musik, einen Podcast und verschiedene andere Dinge und werde mich in meiner Zeit der Arbeitslosigkeit, wenn alles klappt, selbstständig machen. Ich habe Psychologie studiert und eine Coachingausbildung sowie einige Fortbildungen (Breathwork etc.) absolviert.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einer schönen Küche und hohen Decken.
Wir sind keine Party-WG, sondern suchen Personen, die ihr Ding machen und nicht mehr jedes Wochenende Party machen.
Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Hindi, Französisch und Spanisch.

my nice, large room is becoming available for December and January.
Since I'm quitting my job for health reasons (shift work) and don't know yet whether I'll be blocked by the employment office or not, I'm moving into the living room (through room) and renting out my furnished room for the transitional period between my salary and ALG I. The exact duration of the rental period can be discussed.

The room is 21 square meters in size, very bright and faces a rather quiet street.
I'm leaving most of the furniture in the photos, i.e. 1 mattress (bed frame can be set up, I currently sleep with mattress on slatted frame on the floor because I prefer that), 2 closets, 1 desk plus chair and a shelf. I'm taking the rest with me.
We are a casual, functional flat share, sometimes we eat something together and chat in the kitchen, but otherwise we go about our business. Moiz (29) is a scientist who works in a start-up and is doing his Master's thesis. Pooja (31) is also a scientist and works a lot on her career at the Max Planck Institute.
I make music, a podcast and various other things and will start my own business during my period of unemployment if everything works out. I studied psychology and completed a coaching course as well as some further training (Breathwork etc.).
Our apartment is very spacious with a nice kitchen and high ceilings.
We are not a party flat share, but are looking for people who do their thing and no longer party every weekend.
We speak German, English, French, Spanish and Hindi.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße der Karli, direkt gegenüber vom Aldi.
Die Karli ist eine beliebte und belebte lange Straße mit vielen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und süßen Läden sowie einigen Orten für Kulturveranstaltungen. Hier ist immer etwas los. Trotzdem ist unsere Wohnung ruhig (ihr werdet es merken, wenn ihr die Wohnung besichtigt), weil wir eben in einer Seitenstraße wohnen.
In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Clara-Zetkin-Park und in 20 Minuten ist man mit dem Rad am Cospudener See.

The apartment is near a very lively street with a lot of bars and restaurants. In 10 minutes, you're also in the Clara-Zetkin-Park, a very nice and big park with a canal and adjacent woods. By bike, you'll be at the Cospudener See in about 20 minutes.
Es ist keine "Party-WG". Mir ist wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben harmonisch ist, wir mal zusammen kochen können und alles easy-going ist. :-)
Ich wünsche mir eine Mitbewohnerin, die nicht mehr in ihrer "Sturm-und-Drang-Phase" ist, sondern etwas gesettleter.
Bitte keine Haustiere.
Wichtig ist mir außerdem Sauberkeit und Ordnung sowie eine direkte Kommunikation, wenn es mal etwas zu besprechen gibt.
Ich würde mich freuen, auch mal was zusammen zu unternehmen, wenn es passt, und auch zusammen Sport, Yoga, Breathwork zu machen oder zu meditieren. :)

I like cooking together and am always open for a chat. Other than that, I like an easy-going side-by-side living in the WG.
No pets, please (I love them, but it would be too much).
