Ich ziehe aus und vermiete mein Zimmer vom 10. Dezember bis Silvester unter. Es befindet sich in einer 2-Zimmer-Studentenwohnung mit gemeinsamer Küche und Bad.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und hat ein direktes Fenster zur Straße des 18. Oktober im Erdgeschoss. Es ist möbliert und beinhaltet einen Fernseher mit Google-TV-Stick sowie einen umwandelbaren Sessel. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und wird mit meinem Mitbewohner geteilt: Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Ess- und Kochutensilien.
I'm leaving and subletting my room on December 10 until New Year's Eve. It is in a 2-room student apartment with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
The room is cozy and has a direct window view on Straße des 18. Oktober on the ground floor. It's furnished and includes a TV with a Google TV stick and a convertable armchair. The kitchen already includes all utensils that are shared with my flatmate; coffee machine, microwave, eating and cooking utensils.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Studentenviertel und ist fußläufig erreichbar:
Straßenbahnhaltestelle: 3 Minuten entfernt (Deutsche Nationalbibliothek)
S-Bahn-Station: 8 Minuten entfernt (MDR)
REWE: 5 Minuten entfernt
Außerdem gibt es eine Studentenbar im selben Gebäude und auf derselben Etage, die sonntagabends geöffnet ist. ;)

Mein Mitbewohner, der während meiner Abwesenheit mit dir zusammenwohnen wird, ist Taewon, ein Schlagzeuger an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater. Er ist sehr umgänglich, nett und respektvoll und wird sich während meiner Abwesenheit um alles kümmern.
My flatmate who will be joining you is Taewon, a percussionist at the Hochschule für Musik und Theatre. He is very easy-going, nice and respectful and will help take care of stuff while I'm away.
Die Mietdauer kann bei Bedarf um ein paar Tage verlängert werden. Ich werde die Wohnung entweder persönlich oder per Videoanruf vorstellen und die Schlüssel meinem Mitbewohner überlassen. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 75 € für die Sicherheit der Haushaltsgeräte ist zusammen mit der Miete vor dem Einzug zu zahlen. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
The duration can be extended for a couple of days if needed. I'll introduce the flat personally or by video-call and then keep the keys with the flatmate. A deposit of 75€ for the safety of house appliances will be paid altogether with the rent before moving in. Registration is not possible.
