Da ich auf Auslandsreise gehe biete ich ein Zimmer meiner 3 Zi Wohnung als WG Zimmer an.
Die Zimmer können teilmöbliert oder leer gemietet werden.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20qm groß.
Die Zimmer sind in einer geräumigen 110 qm Wohnung mit Balkon im 4.OG eines sehr gepflegten Altbaus. Küche und Bad, mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine , Wi-Fi, Garten, Keller, Abstellraum sind vorhanden.

Die Nachbarn sind sehr durchmischt von jungen Studenten bis zur 80jährigen Oma ist alles dabei. Die Bewohner des Hauses haben einen recht guten Zusammenhalt und der Garten ist sehr groß sodass man auch manchmal zusammen grillt oder im Sommer draußen zusammen sitzt.

The rooms can be rented partly furnished or empty.
The rooms are about 20 square meters.
The rooms are in a spacious 120 square meter apartment with balcony on the 4th floor of a very well-kept old building. Kitchen and bathroom, with bathtub and washing machine, Wi-Fi, garden, cellar, storage room are available.

The neighbors are very mixed from young students to 80 year old grandma. The people living in the house are gathering sometimes for food or barbecue in the garden.

Beide Tram Haltestellen zu Tram 9 "Körnerstr." oder zur Tram 10/11 "Südplatz" sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Die S-Bahn "Bayerischer Bahnhof" ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
In der Straße gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und hat einen großen gepflegten Garten im Hinterhof.
Die Weg-Geh-Meile "Karli" ist dennoch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt wo man gut Essen und Trinken gehen kann. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, Apotheken, Frisöre, Ärzte und auch das Uni-Klinikum ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Zentrum ist in etwa 20 Gehminuten , der Clara-Zetkin-Park in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

There are good parking facilities in the street. The apartment is in a quiet location and has a large, well-kept garden in the backyard.
The "Karli" walking mile is nevertheless only a 5-minute walk away, where you can go out for good food and drink. There are numerous stores, pharmacies, hairdressers, doctors and the university hospital are not far from the apartment. The center can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot, the Clara-Zetkin-Park in 10 minutes.

Ich suche nach einer/einem respektvollen, sauberen und verantwortungsbewussten Mitbewohner/in.
Vorzugsweise Nicht-Raucher, berufstätig im Alter von etwa 28-45 Jahren. Im Idealfall würde ich das Zimmer gerne jemandem aus dem Ausland zur Verfügung stellen, der oder die für einen Auslandsaufenthalt in Leipzig ist weil ich das gleiche in der Zeit mache. Ich verreise nach Frankreich. Ist aber natürlich kein Muss.

Mein Freund Karol (40) ist Wissenschaftler und kommt aus Polen, er kann gut Deutsch und Englisch. Er ist sehr sportlich und fährt gerne Fahrrad oder joggt. Gerne geht er auch auf Konzerte. Er bleibt in der Wohnung mit zwei kleinen Hunden zurück. Deswegen sind andere Haustiere auch willkommen.
Ich bin Anna (37) und werde ab und zu mal in Karols Zimmer sein aber hauptsächlich wohne ich in Paris.
Unser zweiter Mitbewohner ist der Austauschwissenschaftler Iwan (29), er kocht gerne und mag Musik.

Wenn Ihr Interesse habt, bitte melden Euch bei mir und erzählt mir ein wenig von euch selbst und stellt mir alle Fragen, die ihr habt. Ich würde mich freuen, einen Termin vorort Ort auszumachen damit wir uns treffen.

II am looking for a respectful, clean and responsible roommate.
Preferably non-smoker, working, aged around 28-45. Ideally, I would like to offer the room to someone from abroad who is in Leipzig for a stay abroad because I am doing the same at the time. I am traveling to France. But of course it's not a must.

My boyfriend Karol (40) is a scientist and comes from Poland, he speaks good German and English. He is very sporty and likes cycling and jogging. He also likes to go to concerts. He stays in the apartment with two small dogs. Therefore other pets are also welcome.
I am Anna (37) and I will be in Karol's room from time to time but mainly I live in Paris.
Our second roommate is the exchange student Iwan (29), he likes cooking and music.
