In der Wohnung befinden sich insgesamt 4 Zimmer, von denen drei eine ähnliche Größe (16/15 qm) haben und gleich ausgerichtet sind, das freie Zimmer ist in der Mitte und 15qm groß.
Dazu gibt es noch ein kleines 11qm Zimmer, welches kleiner und länglicher geschnitten ist. Es ist als einziges nicht zur Straße ausgerichtet und daher kommt weniger von den Geräuschen der Straßenbahn, etc. von der Eisi an.
Aufgrund der Ausrichtung nach Osten ist es das einzige Zimmer mit direktem Sonnenlicht am Morgen :)
Bislang hat unser Mitbewohner in dem kleinen Zimmer gewohnt, da die Miete günstiger ist (ca 40€). Du hast die Wahl welches dir lieber ist!

There are a total of 4 rooms in the flat, three of which are of a similar size (16/15 sqm) and have the same orientation, the free room is in the middle and is 15 sqm in size.
There is also a small 11 square metre room, which is smaller and more elongated. It is the only one that does not face the street and therefore receives less noise from the tram, etc. from the Eisi.
Due to its east-facing orientation, it is the only room with direct sunlight in the morning :)
So far, our flatmate has lived in the small room as the rent is cheaper, about 40€. You may choose which one you prefer!
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG, ohne Fahrstuhl, typischer Leipziger Altbau. Es gibt einen Innenhof, der jedoch (momentan) mehr als Abstellfläche dient und asphaltiert ist. Fahrräder kann man im Flur/Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss abstellen.
An der Eisenbahnstraße fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 1,3 und 8. In der Nähe liegt auch der Torgauer Platz, dort fährt die 7.
Fußläufig sind diverse Essensläden, Spätis, Bars, und Supermärkte.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without elevator, typical Leipzig old building. There is an inner courtyard, which (currently) serves more as a storage area and is asphalted. Bicycles can be parked in the hallway/entrance area on the first floor.
Tram lines 1, 3 and 8 run along Eisenbahnstraße, and Torgauer Platz is also nearby, where tram line 7 runs.
Various food stores, late-night restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance.
Wir (Nele und Paul) suchen sehr kurzfristig eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in :)
Wir beide studieren in Halle und befinden uns in den finalen Zügen unseres Bachelors, bevor es nun bald an das Schreiben der Abchlussarbeiten geht bzw. Paul mitten dabei ist.
Wir wohnen seit zwei Jahren zusammen und haben uns in diesem Kontext erst kennengelernt, mittlerweile aber auch sehr gut zusammen eingelebt.
Perspektivisch wollen wir beide in den näcsten Monaten jedoch umziehen, Nele zu einer Freundin und Paul zu Freund*innen oder alleine. Bis dahin möchten wir aber trotzdem eine schöne gemeinsamen WG weiterführen! :)
Durch verschiedene Erfahrungen haben wir gemerkt, dass das Zusammenleben in der Wohnung zu dritt schöner ist bzw. dass es zu viert doch etwas eng wird.
Wir würden uns freuen nach dem Auszug unseres Mitbewohners jetzt eine neue Person zu finden, die Lust hat eventuell die Wohnung auch alleine zu einer neuen WG zu übernehmen und die längerfristig Interesse an der Wohnung hat :)
Auf dem letzten Bild ist der als Wohnzimmer geplante Raum. Da es etwas kleiner und dezentral in der Wohnung liegt, würden wir es gerne als Wohnzimmer nutzen, in dem für alle in der Wohung ein schöner Aufenthaltsort außerhalb der eigenen Zimmer und der Küche entsteht. Durch Erfahrungen und im Vergleich zu vorherigen Wohnsituationen haben wir beide gemerkt, dass uns dieser Ort aktuell fehlt, sowohl für das alltägliche Zusammenkommen in der WG, als auch zum Einladen von Freund*innen und Koch/Spiele/Filmabenden.
Weil wir so kurzfristig suchen, können wir aber natürlich über alles reden. Am besten natürlich wenn du dir die Wohnung anschaust :-)

We (Nele and Paul) are looking for a new flatmate at very short notice :)
We are both studying in Halle and are in the final stages of our bachelor's degree before we start writing our final theses, and Paul is in the middle of it.
We have been living together for two years and first got to know each other in this context, but have now settled in very well together.
However, we both want to move in the next few months, Nele to live with a friend and Paul with friends or on his own. Until then, however, we would still like to continue sharing a nice flat together! :)
Through various experiences we have realised that living together in a flat with three people is nicer or that it gets a bit cramped with four people.
Now that our flatmate has moved out, we would be happy to find a new person who would like to take over the flat on their own and who is interested in the flat for the longer term :)
The last picture shows the room planned as the living room. As it is somewhat smaller and decentralised in the flat, we would like to use it as a living room, creating a nice place for everyone in the flat to spend time outside their own rooms and the kitchen. Through experience and in comparison to previous living situations, we have both realised that we are currently missing this place, both for everyday get-togethers in the shared flat and for inviting friends and cooking/games/film evenings.
Because we are looking at such short notice, we can of course talk about everything. Of course, it's best if you take a look at the flat :-)
