Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchenden,
im Herzen von Reudnitz wird ein schnuckliges Zimmer in unserer 3er-WG frei.
Es ist unmöbliert und ca. 12m² groß, hat ein Südfenster und ist an der ruhigen nur durch zwitschernde Spatzen belebten Innenhofseite gelegen. Außerdem kann nachts auch gut gelüftet werden, da die Straße dort nicht so sehr zu hören ist. Die Warmmiete wird etwa 250€ betragen (inklusive Internet und GEZ). Die Wohnung ist mit Dielen ausgestattet, im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, und wir haben einen tollen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Außerdem gibt es ein Kämmerchen auf halber Treppe, eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen Keller und einen Hinterhof mit Grün und natürlich Platz für Fahrräder.

Hi folks, we have a room opening up in our 3 person flat located in the heart of Reudnitz.
The room is unfurnished and approx 12m² and has a South-facing window towards the green and quiet backyard. Rent will be approx 250€ (this includes utilities, internet and the TV license). The flat has wooden floors, a bathtub and a nice balcony with a great view of the cool tree. Also: Storage space in a closet on the stairwell and the basement, washing machine and dryer (also in the basement), and a green backyard with space for bikes.
Die Haltestelle Breite Straße ist direkt um die Ecke, die Haltestelle Reudnitz-Koehlerstraße (laut Google reviews die „Ehrlichste Haltestelle von Leipzig“) liegt ein paar Minuten entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 min bis zur Innenstadt. In direkter Fußläufigkeit (5min) sind Kaufland, Penny und Rossmann, und in der Umgebung finden sich der Lene-Voigt-Park, Rewe, Aldi, viele Dönerbuden, Pizzerien und Bäcker etc, Bioladen, Blumenläden, Späti, Regina Palast… Wir liegen quasi auf der Mitte zwischen Uniklinikum und Eisenbahnstraße und werden einen super Anschluss an den kommenden Parkbogen Ost haben.

There is a bus/tram stop just around the corner and another one a few minutes away, and you can reach the inner city in 10 minutes on bike and 20 by foot. Multiple supermarkets are close by, including large and well-stocked Kaufland. Also nearby are popular Lene Voigt park, kebab shops and pizzerias and bakeries etc, an organic grocery store, flower shops, Späti, a cinema… The Eisenbahnstraße isn’t far off either with all its marvelous shops.
In den anderen beiden Zimmern hausen derzeit Irene und Joschua.
Irene, 22, studiert Musikwissenschaft und hört dem entsprechend viel Musik (vor allem Rock und Metal ;D), spielt Klavier, singt und geht auf so viele historische Tanzveranstaltungen wie möglich. Außerdem liest sie gerne Fantasy-Bücher und zeichnet.
Joschua, 31, ist Notfallsanitäter, Medizinstudent im 10. Semester und bemüht leiser Frühaufsteher, Studium und Freundin führen zu unregelmäßigen Anwesenheitszeiten in der WG, PC-Spiele, regelmäßige Spaziergänge und P&P sind sein Ausgleich.
Wir wünschen uns ein ruhiges, entspanntes WG-Leben, bei dem alles darf aber nichts muss. (Außer das Putzen, das muss. ;P trotzdem haben wir einen Tisch und niemand muss vom Fußboden essen) Eine Party-WG soll es also eher nicht werden, und wenn du deine Ruhe haben willst, kannst du einfach die Tür zumachen. Sich was zu Essen teilen, Rezepte austauschen, irgendwo rumstehen oder sitzen und quatschen, oder plötzliche enthusiastische Rumräumaktionen sind alles Dinge im Bereich des Möglichen.

The other two rooms contain Irene and Joschua.
Irene, 22, studies musicology and listens therefore to a lot of music (mostly rock and metal ;D), plays piano, sings and does a lot of historical dancing. Apart from that she likes reading fantasy books and drawing.
Joschua, 31, paramedic, med school student and early morning bird, loves reading articles in many fields, but cannot combine that with his amount of studying for university or the time with his girlfriend at the moment. Several walks a week and P&P sessions every now and then are his way to empty a crowded brain.
We like our shared flat life quiet and relaxed – everything is possible, but nothing is obligatory. (Except for cleaning. That’s obligatory. ;P although we do have a table, so no one needs to eat off the floor, like a german saying goes) So this won’t be a party flat, and you can retreat to your room if you want space. But if You want to talk, share recipes or something else, we are open about it.
Wir haben uns vorletztes Jahr eine neue Waschmaschine kaufen müssen, da die alte ihren Geist aufgegeben hat und sich nicht mehr reparieren ließ. Die Kosten dafür haben wir auf uns aktuelle 3 aufgeteilt. Es wäre schön, wenn Du dem Vorgänger Julius dafür noch eine Ablöse gibst (das waren 140€ beim Neukauf, aber jetzt ist sie 2 Jahre gebraucht).
Erzähle uns doch etwas über dich – was du gerne machst, worauf du im WG-Leben Lust hast, welchen Komponisten du am besten findest, und ob Dir jetzt nicht doch vielleicht auch eine nicht männliche Person eingefallen ist, die komponiert hat. Dann können wir uns mal gemütlich auf den Balkon hocken und quatschen. Alternativ können wir auch skypen, wenn du aus einem risikoreichen Gebiet kommst, die Distanz sehr groß ist oder es sozial bevorzugst. :)

The year before last year our washing machine broke apart. We weren't able to fix it, so we bought a new one and split the price between us three. It would be nice, if you would pay your predecessor Julius his part back (not all of the 140€, just an part of it.)
Tell us something about yourself! What do you enjoy doing, what are your preferences for life in the flat, which composer is your most beloved, could you name a non male one too? Write us and we can meet on the balcony and talk. Alternatively, we can skype if you’re from a higher risk area, have a lot of distance to cover or just prefer it socially. :)
