ich habe ein schönes, möbliertes Zimmer ab Mitte/Ende März 2025 oder nach Absprache zu vergeben! :)
Im Zimmer befinden sich:

- schönes Holzbett inkl. Matratze (1,40 x 2,00m) und Bettzeug
- alter Kleiderkasten aus Vollholz
- Wandgarderobe
- Nachtkästchen
- kleines Beistelltischchen
- schöner farbenfroher Teppich
- Deckenlampe und Stehlampe

Nach Absprache kann auch das große, helle Wohnzimmer mitbenutzt werden.
Da die Wohnung im 3. OG liegt, ist sie schön hell. Aufgrund ihres Altbaucharmes ist sie auch sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer liegt zur nicht zu stark befahrenen Seitenstraße.

Hi there,

I have a nice, beautiful furnished room free from mid/end of March 2025.
It is furnished with:

- a nice worden IKEA bed (1,40 x 2,00m) including matress ans bedding sheets
- nice, old wardrobe
- small shelves
- a nice, colourful carpet
- lamps

It is as well possibe to use the big and bright living room on agreement.
The flat has 79 m2, is nice and very bright. It has a high ceiling and faces a calm street.
The old building has its charmes, just come around and check it out! :)

Super Lage, sehr zentral- ums Eck gibs die Turmöl (24-Stunden Spar :D), nen PENNY Markt, ne Apotheke..und und und. zur Landstraße sind es ca. 7 Gehminuten. Die Kunstuni ist auch nur einen (etwas größeren) Katzensprung entfernt. OK-Platz, Stern, Museen..und natürlich die üblichen Verdächtigen zum Fortgehen auch alles wirklich easy erreichbar :-).

Pretty central. 2 mins walking to Landstraße, Penny, pharmacy..everything is super close!
We have a gas station around which has a 24-hours supermarket..so, you won't suffer any food shortage ;).
To Kunstuni it's a 15 mins walk or 7 mins by bike, the next tram is 3 mins walking, bus is around the corner.

Ich biete mein möbliertes Gästezimmer als längerfristige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an (Minimum 1 Monat).
Ich freue mich über weltoffene Leute, die einen gewissen Sinn für Kunst und Kultur, Politik..mitbringen! Für gemeinsame gelegentliche Küchenexzesse mit Kaffee & co bin ich gern zu haben wenn es passt ;-).

Ich studiere an der Kunstuni und helfe gern mit Tips zur Umgebung und dem kulturellen Leben.
Grundlegend gehe ich aber vielen Dingen nach und mache eher mein Ding, du solltest also selbständig sein.
Im Sommersemester werde ich eher weniger Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen, da ich woanders Verpflichtungen habe.
Du hättest die Wohnung also oft für dich allein. Falls du also ein lebendiges WG-Leben suchst, wäre dies nicht die richtige Option. Es ist ein schöner, gemütlicher, ruhiger Ort.

I am offering my furnished guest room for minimum 1 month.
It would be great if you were open-minded and shared some interest in arts, poltics and cooking..
In the end, nothing is a must, everything is possible.
Since I am busy with different things and projects, would be good if you were as well, at least independent.
In summer semester, I will be busy outside of Linz, which is why you will have the flat for yourself in many cases.
So, if you expect a lively WG-life, this might not be your place. If you like a cozy, peaceful place to be, this is your place ;).
We are sharing the kitchen and bathroom, everything is well-equipped.
