The apartment is very modern, renovated and in the best area Lisbon, with walking distance to Cais Do Sode (perfect if you need to go to Nova SBE) and to Baixa-Chiado Metro Station (where we are going to catolica University). The kitchen is very modern and is equipped all devices (big fridge, oven, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine etc).

The room is equipped with a big built in wardrobe and bed with a mattress. All rooms have A/C. Gas, Internet and Water is included up to 50 Euros per month. We also have a cleaning Lady coming every 2 weeks to clean the apartment.

Lage
Best area in Lisbon. Very Central and Close to mini mercados, Metro Station or Train Station (between 8 and 10 minutes walk).
Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Shops and Supermarktes in walking distance.

We are Tobi and Malte, two sports-loving Master's students and are looking for a new flatmate from 15.12.2024. We look forward to a varied and active shared flat life and your message!
