Das Haus hat 8 Zimmer und ist wunderschön.
ich könnte 1 oder 2 Zimmer mit 16 und 17 m2 vermieten.
Ein eigenes Badezimmer wäre verhandelbar, es gibt 3.
Auch ein Arbeitszimmer mit 7m2 ist vorhanden.
Auch ein unbefristeter Mietvertrag ist denkbar, aber zunächst erstmal ist er auf ein Jahr befristet.

ca. 300 m bis zum REWE und der Regionalbahnhof Struveshov ist ca. 1,5km entfernt

Ich habe ein Haus gebaut, bzw. bin an der Fertigstellung. Dort habe ich viel Platz. Daher kam mir der Gedanke einer WG.
ich bin 41, bin studiert und arbeite in der Fahrzeugentwicklung und komme ursprünglich aus Berlin. dazu habe ich noch 2 Mädels die sind 5 und 10 die bestimmt hin und wieder bei mir sein werden.
Geplant habe ich eine evtl. Vermietung ab November ist aber alles nicht fest und verhandelbar.
Ein persönliches Treffen ist wünschenswert.
