GERMAN VERSION
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster, welches in Richtung Norden ausgerichtet ist. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Vorhanden ist ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein großer Kleiderschrank und das Bett. Für Änderungen im Zimmer, muss mit dem Vermieter gesprochen werden, vertraglich wird es nur teilmöbliert vermietet. Wie man sieht habe ich aber auch einige Änderungen vorgenommen. Außerdem wurde das Zimmer im Oktober erst frisch gestrichen. Die Fotos mit roter oder gelber Wandfarbe sind alt und wurden nur eingestellt, um die Möbel zu zeigen. Auch die Matratze des Bettes ist neu und wurde erst von mir im Oktober ausgetauscht.
Zusammen haben wir uns ein Bad, die Küche und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum geteilt. In der ganzen Wohnung sind Schränke o.Ä gerecht aufgeteilt. In der Küche hat jeder ein Fach im Kühlschrank und ein Fach im Gefrierschrank. Für Essensvorräte hat jeder einen Schrank mit Schublade. Außerdem haben wir einen Geschirrspüler, was eine echte Erleichterung ist!! Geschirr, Besteck, ein Toaster und eine Mikrowelle ist alles im Preis erhalten und auch da. Aber natürlich kannst du auch eigenes mitbringen. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum hat auch jeder einen Schrank mit Schublade für Putzmittel. Die Waschmaschine teilen wir uns. Auch im Bad hat jeder einen eigenen Schrank mit genügend Platz.
Draußen neben dem Haus gibt es außerdem einen Fahrradständer, der von allen benutzt werden kann. Außerdem teilen wir uns den Hauseingang mit den Vermietern, welche unter uns wohnen. Aber das Verhältnis ist super entspannt.

The room is about 12 square meters and has a large window facing north. It is furnished with a desk and chair, a big wardrobe, and a bed. If you want to make any changes to the room, you need to talk to the landlord. The contract says the room is only partly furnished, but as you can see, I have made some changes. The room was freshly painted in October. The pictures with red or yellow walls are old and only show the furniture. The mattress is also new and was replaced in October.
We share the bathroom, kitchen, and utility room. Storage space in the apartment is fairly divided. In the kitchen, everyone has their own shelf in the fridge and freezer. There is also a cupboard with a drawer for food storage. We have a dishwasher, which is really helpful! Dishes, cutlery, a toaster, and a microwave are all included, but you can bring your own if you want. In the utility room, everyone has a cupboard with a drawer for cleaning supplies. We share the washing machine. In the bathroom, everyone has their own cupboard with enough space.
Outside, next to the house, there is a bike rack for everyone to use. We also share the entrance with the landlords, who live downstairs. But they are very relaxed, and the atmosphere is great.

Die WG befindet sich im Stadtteil Ebensberg am Rand von Lüneburg. Mit dem Bus fährt man ca. 35min zur Uni und 15min in die Innenstadt, wobei die Bushaltestelle fußläufig entfernt ist. Mit dem Bus fährt man ca. 7min zum Loewe Center, wo es einen Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann und eine Apotheke gibt. Bei wärmeren Wetter kann man auch gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Direkt neben der WG befindet sich außerdem ein Wald, in welchem man sehr schön spazieren gehen kann.
ENGLISH VERSION
The shared apartment is located in the Ebensberg district on the outskirts of Lüneburg. It takes about 35 minutes by bus to the university and 15 minutes to the city center, with the bus stop within walking distance. The bus ride to Loewe Center takes about 7 minutes, where you can find an Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, and a pharmacy.
When the weather is nice, biking is also a good option. Right next to the apartment, there is a forest where you can go for a nice walk.
GERMAN VERSION
Zusammen leben würdest du mit Emma und Sarah.
Sarah ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert jetzt bald im 7. Semester Psychologie. Sie liebt Ballett und besonders Reisen. Aber auch Alles was Kreativ ist, sowohl Fotografie als auch Musik☀️
Emma ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert bald im 2. Semester Umweltwissenschaften. Sie mag es sehr gerne zu Kochen und probiert sich dahingehend super gerne aus. Außerdem hat sie eine Leidenschaft für Pflanzen und Tiere🪻
Unser Zusammenleben war immer sehr entspannt. Einige Male haben wir uns in der Küche getroffen und etwas verquatscht, andere Abende haben wir eher alleine verbracht. Es kommt immer drauf an, je nachdem wie viel Prüfungsstress man gerade hat. Wir haben auch einen groben Putzplan, an den wir uns oftmals gehalten haben. Es war immer ein schönes und entspanntes Miteinander, wobei man sich auf die anderen immer verlassen konnte :)

Sarah is 23 years old and will soon start her 7th semester in psychology. She loves ballet and especially traveling. She also enjoys all kinds of creative activities, like photography and music ☀️
Emma is 20 years old and will soon start her 2nd semester in environmental sciences. She loves cooking and enjoys trying out new recipes. She also has a passion for plants and animals 🪻
Our shared living has always been very relaxed. Sometimes we would meet in the kitchen and chat for a while, while other evenings we spent more on our own—it just depends on how busy we are with exams. We also have a simple cleaning plan that we usually stick to. It has always been a nice and easygoing atmosphere, and we could always rely on each other. :)
