Hello guys,
We rent a room in a 3-person shared apartment in a quiet location in Lüneburg. The room is fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair...) covered with carpets and can be moved in immediately. The window is large and lets in a lot of sunlight during the day.
In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Say a large built-in refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and many wall and base cabinets with a lot of storage space. The floor is newly laid with PVC. (there is no washing machine, so you would need to go to the laundry room in am sande, costs 7.50 circa, including drying)
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and completely tiled to the ceiling and on the floor.
Telephone and internet connection with DSL is available. The costs for this are shared by the WG residents.
I am planning to leave my bed there for a small fee and to sell also my wifi extender, with a total of 35 euros.

Hallo Leute,
wir vermieten ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG in einer ruhigen Lage in Lüneburg. Das Zimmer ist voll möbiliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch und Stuhl...) mit Teppichen belegt und kann sofort bezogen werden. Das Fenster ist groß und lässt tagsüber viel Sonnenlicht rein.
Dazu gibt es eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sprich einen großen Einbaukühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Ceran Kochfeld, Ofen, Dunstabzug und viele Ober- und Unterschränke mit sehr viel Stauraum. Der Boden ist mit PVC neu verlegt. (Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, also müssten Sie in die Waschküche in Am Sande gehen, kostet etwa 7,50, einschließlich Trocknen)
Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet und komplett bis zur Decke und auf dem Boden gefliest.
Telefon- und Internetanschluss mit DSL ist vorhanden. Die Kosten hierfür teilen sich die WG residents.
Ich habe vor, mein Bett gegen eine geringe Gebühr dort zu lassen und auch meinen WLAN-Extender für insgesamt 35 Euro zu verkaufen.
This is a single-family house in a quiet new housing estate in Lüneburg-Oedeme. The whole house is about 18 years old, accordingly everything is very clean and new. You have a separate entrance, mailbox and bell.
Bus stop with connection to the train station (bus no. 5003) is 4 minutes walk away, a local shopping center for daily necessities (penny, baker, kebab and pizza, hairdresser, house and dentist etc.) is also 3-4 minutes walk away.
It takes 5 minutes to get to the FH Campus (Volgershall) by bike, to the Uni Campus (Scharnhorststraße) and to the city center in less than 5-7 minutes by bike. Car parking is available at the front door for free :-)

Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Einfamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Neubausiedlung in Lüneburg-Oedeme. Das ganze Haus ist ca.18 Jahre alt, dementsprechend ist alles sehr sauber und neu. Ihr habt einen separaten Eingang, Briefkasten und Klingel.
Bushaltestelle mit Anbindung zum Bahnhof (Bus Nr. 5003) ist 4 Min zu Fuß entfernt, ein örtliches Einkaufszentrum für den täglichen Lebensbedarf (Penny, Bäcker, Kebab und Pizza, Frisör, Haus- und Zahnarzt etc.) befindet sich ebenfalls 3/4 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
Zum FH Campus (Volgershall) braucht man mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten, zum Uni Campus (Scharnhorststraße) sowie zur Innenstadt ist man in weniger als 5-7 Minuten mit Fahrrad da. Autoparkplätze gibt es vor der Haustür zur genüge gratis :-)
2 students already live in the 3-person shared apartment. In addition to the room described here, there are 2 more rooms, a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The togetherness in the shared apartment has always been considerate and friendly with each other. Of course, we hope that this will remain the same in the future ;)

In der 3er WG leben bereits eine Studentin und ein Student. Neben dem hier beschriebenen Zimmer gibt es also noch 2 weitere Zimmer, eine Diele, ein Bad und eine Küche.
Das Miteinander in der WG war bisher stets rücksichtsvoll und freundlich miteinander. Wir hoffen natürlich, dass das auch in Zukunft so bleibt ;)
