Moin zusammen,
in unserer entspannten und offenen WG wird ab voraussichtlich April ein Zimmer frei. Über den genauen Zeitpunkt können wir sprechen. Außerdem gibt es ein weiteres Zimmer (23qm²), das für ein halbes Jahr ab April zur Untermiete frei wird. Falls du also nur für einen begrenzten Zeitraum eine Unterkunft suchst, oder mit jemandem gemeinsam vorübergehend eine WG suchst sprich uns gerne nochmal an.
Das Zimmer
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist hell und geräumig, dank zwei großer Fenster lichtdurchflutet und nach Norden ausgerichtet; im Sommer also angenehm kühl. Der Schnitt des Zimmers ist super, sodass du genug Platz für alles hast, was du brauchst. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.
Wohnung & Lage
Unsere Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Stadtrand des Stadtzentrums. Den Bahnhof oder die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichst du in weniger als 10 Minuten, und auch Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants sowie alles, was du sonst so brauchst, befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.
Wir wohnen im ersten Stock eines Altbaus mit wunderschönen, hohen Decken (über 3 Meter!). Die Wohnung hat einen großen Flur, von dem alle Zimmer abgehen, zwei Badezimmer (1x Dusche, 1x Badewanne) sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner
Du würdest mit Kevin (31) und Raffaele (26) und einer weiteren noch nicht feststehenden Person zusammenwohnen:
Kevin kommt aus Hamburg und studiert Politikwissenschaft an der Leuphana. Er geht regelmäßig ins Gym, feiert Techno-Musik und ist für gemeinsame Unternehmungen genauso zu haben wie für einen ruhigen Abend.
Raffaele ist aus Neapel, Italien, promoviert in politischer Philosophie und hat eine große Leidenschaft für Musik und Literatur. Er besucht gerne die Jam-Session im Café Klatsch und isst gerne Pasta.
Unser WG-Leben läuft nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Wenn du Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten hast, sind wir immer offen für spontane Aktionen – sei es Kochen, Quatschen oder Ausgehen. Gleichzeitig respektieren wir aber auch, wenn jemand einfach mal Ruhe braucht.

Hey everyone,
A room in our relaxed and open-minded shared apartment will be available starting around March/April. Additionally, there is another room (23 sqm) available for sublet for six months. So, if you're looking for a temporary place or searching for a shared apartment together with someone, let us know.
The Room
The available room is bright and spacious, with two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It faces north, making it pleasantly cool in the summer. The layout is great, offering enough space for everything you need.
Apartment & Location
Our apartment is located on the northern edge of the city center. The train station and the nearest bus stop are less than 10 minutes away, and supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and everything else you might need are within close reach.
We live on the first floor of a charming old building with beautiful high ceilings (over 3 meters!), giving the place a spacious and airy feel. The apartment features a large hallway that connects all the rooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
Your Future Flatmates
You would be living with Kevin (31), Raffaele (26), and one more person yet to be decided:
Kevin is from Hamburg and studies Political Science at Leuphana University. He regularly goes to the gym, is passionate about techno music, and enjoys both social activities and relaxed evenings.
Raffaele is from Naples, Italy, and is a PhD student in political philosophy. He has a deep love for music and literature, often attends jam sessions at Café Klatsch, and, of course, enjoys pasta.
Our WG (shared apartment) follows the motto: "Everything goes, nothing must." If you’re up for social activities, we’re always happy to cook together, have good conversations, or go out. At the same time, we respect everyone’s need for personal space and downtime.
