Das Zimmer hat ca. 19 qm2 und liegt wortwörtlich im Herzen des Fuchsbaus, zwischen zwei anderen Zimmern. Es ist Nordseite mit großem Fenster, aber trotzdem auf Grund der Höhe hell (juhu, Altbau). Es ist also genug Platz, es dir muckelig zu machen. Hingucker und optisches Highlight ist natürlich die Wand (mit geschlossener Durchgangstür), die dieses Zimmer so einzigartig macht.
Die Wohnung ist ansonsten nicht nur groß sondern auch schön! (Es wird gemunkelt, es sei Lüneburgs schönste WG...?) Wir haben zwei tolle Badezimmer mit suuuper viel Tageslicht, Sonne, sowie Badewanne und Dusche. Im beeindruckend langen Flur lassen sich problemlos Räder schlagen, die Tanzbeine schwingen oder Skateboard-Ralleys abhalten. Eine Küche gibts natürlich auch, mit Sitzgelegenheiten und allem pipapo. Last but not least haben wir sogar ein kleines Zimmer für unsere Waschmaschine und all das Putz-Zeugs. Vom Balkon in Bettys (s.u.) Zimmer kann man außerdem die ganze Bäckerstraße sehen, Menschen beobachten und in der Sonne brutzeln. Hier frühstücken wir auch gerne zusammen oder essen gemeinsam zu Abend.
Zusätzlicher Benefit ist ein kleiner Fahrradunterstand im Hinterhof und ne Menge Stauraum auf dem Dachboden - beides nicht zu verachten!
The room is about 19 square metres and is literally in the heart of the Fuchsbau between two other rooms. It is north-facing with a large window, but still bright due to the height. So there's plenty of room to make yourself comfortable. The eye-catcher and visual highlight is of course the wall (with closed passage door), which makes this room so unique.
Otherwise, the flat is not only big but also beautiful! (Rumour has it that it's Lüneburg's most beautiful flat-sharing community...) We have two great bathrooms with lots of daylight, sun, a bathtub and a shower. In the impressively long hallway, you can easily do cartwheels, swing your dancing legs or have skateboard rallies. There is also a kitchen, of course, with seating and all the necessary equipment. Last but not least, we even have a small room for our washing machine and all the cleaning stuff. From the balcony in Bettys room (see below) you can also see the whole Bäckerstraße, watch people and enjoy the sun. We also like to have breakfast or dinner together here.
An additional benefit is a small bicycle shelter in the backyard and a lot of storage space in the attic - both not to be despised!
Super zentral, mittig in der Innenstadt in der Kleinen Bäckerstraße - hier gibt's alles: Tschibo, Tschorn und Titsch (ja okay, eigentlich Ditsch). Kurzum, alles was du zum Leben brauchst (und noch viel mehr). Busse, Bahnhof, Stadtrad... alles schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar - besser geht's eigentlich nicht.
Außerdem ist Hamburg mit dem Metronom nur 30min entfernt. Das Zimmer eignet sich also auch zum Pendeln in die Hamburger Innenstadt.
Super central, in the middle of the city centre on Kleine Bäckerstraße - here you can find everything: Tschibo, Tschorn and Titsch (yes, OK, actually Ditsch). In short, everything you need to live (and much more). Buses, train station, city bike... all within easy walking or cycling distance - it doesn't really get any better than that.
Hamburg is only 30 minutes away by metronome. So the room is also suitable for commuting to Hamburg city centre.
Das WG-Leben wird mit deinem Einzug wahrscheinlich nochmal anders, als es bislang war, da hier einiges in Bewegung ist.
Über die Sommermonate sind alle zu verschiedenen Zeiträumen im Urlaub, weshalb das WG leben etwas ruhiger sein könnte als im Semester. Du wirst mit Betty, Movitz, Stina und Mareike zusammenwohnen:)
Du siehst, es bleibt dynamisch. Unabhängig, wer gerade vor Ort ist, ist dir trotzdem eine heimelige Atmosphäre sicher. Wir kochen und essen viel zusammen, machen gemeinsame Filmabende oder gehen zusammen in die weite (Lüneburger) Welt hinaus.
When you move in, life in the flat-sharing community will probably be different from what it has been so far, as there is a lot going on. Your flatmates will be Betty, Movitz, Stina and Mareike :)
Over the summer months, everyone is on holiday at different times, which is why life in the community might be a little quieter than during the semester.
As you can see, it remains dynamic. Regardless of who is there at the moment, you can still be sure of a homely atmosphere. We cook and eat together a lot, have film evenings together or go out into the wide (Lüneburg) world with each other.
