Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG und hat einen Balkon, ideal zum Entspannen oder für eine entspannte Kaffeepause. Du bekommst das größte Zimmer (ca. 16m²), mit genug Platz für alles Wichtige. Ich selbst wohne noch nicht so lange hier, meine Wohnung ist noch spärlich eingerichtet. Dein Zimmer ist leer und du kannst es nach deinen Wünschen einrichten.
Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Bahnhof & Aldi in 5 Minuten, alle weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 Minuten. Perfekt für jemanden, der eine gute Anbindung schätzt, aber dennoch eine ruhige und strukturierte Wohnsituation bevorzugt.
Ich bin 25, trainiere leidenschaftlich Kraftsport (weighted Calisthenics) und lege großen Wert auf persönliche Weiterentwicklung und Accountability. Mein Alltag ist durch mein Spätschicht-Modell strukturiert, sodass du unter der Woche einen großen Freiraum hast. Ich bin kein Fan von oberflächlichem Smalltalk – tiefere Gespräche und ein offenes Mindset sind mir wichtiger. Vielleicht hast du ein Projekt an dem du dich widmest, womöglich kann ich dir in der ein oder anderen Sache behilflich sein!
Optimal wäre jemand, der ebenfalls Sport macht – das verbindet und zeigt, dass man an sich arbeitet.
Gerne bin ich am Wochenende frei, z.b. fürs Wandern in den Bergen.
