Hi, one of my roomies is already back at home his adventure in Spain is over so I need to find another perfect one!! I have 1 rooms in 3 rooms flat available to share with one mexican-american working as a English Assistant and me Colombian ex master student also worker. The flat is close to metro Delicias-line and Legazpi-line . It takes about 10 minutes to get to puerta del Sol or Atocha renfe. The apartment is furnished. im looking for responsible, not smoker, nice, outgoing and really importan to me clean person. El piso esta cerca del metro de delicias (linea 3) aproximadamente a 8 10 minutos de puerta del sol y Atocha Renfe. el piso es amueblado y cuenta con lo necesario para vivir e internet ; ). Busco persona alegre, responsable, que guste del orden y vivir en una casa limpia y preferiblemente no fumador !! . El precio son 400 euros mas gastos (+ 50) mas un mes de fianza 400.. Calle Aldea del Fresno 12. Tiene 2 estaciones de metro cerca, delicias linea 3 y legazpi linea 6. Tambien Atocha renfe esta aproximadamnete a 10 minutos y delicias tambien cuanta con estacion de renfe.
Puerta del sol esta a 8-10 minutos.
