Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei große Terrassen, eine große Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Waschmaschinen, acht geschmackvoll möblierte Zimmer und drei Badezimmer. Insgesamt 90 qm Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr grünen Gegend. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Dienstleistungen, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Darüber hinaus, hervorragende Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U Bahn und S Bahn im 5-Minuten-Takt zu allen Unis in Madrid) und ausreichende kostenlose Parkplätze. The local train , cercanías renfe, is 7 minutes away on foot. The metro, line 6, 5 minutes on foot. the bus takes you to the opera district and the latina in 15 minutes with an amazing view of Palacio Real. In case yo travel by car, you may park very well and free. Plenty of parks, supermarkets, traditional markets. San Isidro park and Madrid Río is 10 minutes walking

We are looking People , mostly students and joung professionals between 22 and 30 who take very much care of the coexistence and space, who have already had experience living in the company of others, we are vegetarian friendly and gay friendly too. Erasmus, master, doctorate students are wellcome in the house. Minimun stay is 4 months. We sign a contract and asked for an aceptance letter signed by the Uni.
