Hey! 😊 Da ich bald ausziehe, wird mein 24 m² großes Zimmer in unserer WG frei. Es bietet genug Platz für alles, was du brauchst. Zwei große Fenster lassen viel Licht rein und gehen zu einer verkehrsfreien Straße hinaus. Dank der doppelten Verglasung ist das Zimmer trotzdem schön ruhig und gut isoliert – also hell, warm und gemütlich.
Zusätzlich zu deinem Zimmer stehen dir 38 m² Gemeinschaftsfläche zur Verfügung. Die WG hat eine große Küche mit Esstisch und Möbeln, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einen Abstellraum für extra Stauraum, einen weiten Flur mit TV und Sessel zum Entspannen und sogar einen großen Keller – Platzmangel gibt es hier definitiv nicht!
Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Es gibt zwei Kühlschränke, einen großen Gefrierschrank, eine neue Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Alle wichtigen Elektrogeräte wie Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und sogar Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind schon da. Der TV steht kostenlos zur Verfügung, also musst du nur noch deine persönlichen Sachen mitbringen und kannst direkt einziehen.

Hey! 😊 As I'm moving out soon, my 24 m² room in our shared flat is becoming available. It has enough space for everything you need. Two large windows let in lots of light and look out onto a traffic-free street. Thanks to the double glazing, the room is still nice and quiet and well insulated - so it's bright, warm and cozy.
In addition to your room, you have 38 m² of communal space at your disposal. The shared flat has a large kitchen with dining table and furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, a storage room for extra storage space, a wide hallway with TV and armchair for relaxing and even a large cellar - there is definitely no lack of space here!
The furnishings also leave nothing to be desired: There are two fridges, a large freezer, a new washing machine and a dishwasher. All the important electrical appliances such as a microwave, kettle and even crockery and kitchen utensils are already there. The TV is available free of charge, so all you have to do is bring your personal belongings and you can move straight in.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Altstadt am Alten Markt. Sowohl das City Carré als auch das Allee Center, Magdeburgs große Einkaufszentren, sind in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Verschiedene Super- und Drogerie-Märkte sind um die Wohnungsanlage herum verteilt.
Hasselbachplatz, Uni-Campus, Uni-Kliniken und Fachhochschule sind über direkte Straßenbahnverbindungen schnell erreichbar. Die nächste Haltestelle befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Haustüre. Alle Nachtbusse fahren nach und vom Alter Markt ab, sodass du selbst um 2 Uhr morgens problemlos nach Hause kommst. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – super praktisch, egal ob für Pendler oder Nachtschwärmer!

The apartment is located directly in the old town on the Alter Markt. Both the City Carré and the Allee Center, Magdeburg's major shopping centers, are less than a five-minute walk away. Various supermarkets and drugstores are located around the apartment complex.
Hasselbachplatz, the university campus, university clinics and the university of applied sciences can be reached quickly via direct streetcar connections. The nearest stop is directly opposite the front door. All night buses run to and from Alter Markt, so you can easily get home even at 2 am. The main train station is just an 8-minute walk away - super convenient, whether you're a commuter or a night owl!
Unsere Küche ist das Herz der WG – hier treffen wir uns gerne zum Quatschen, gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen oder auch mal für einen Spieleabend.
In der WG wohnen Summer (28, Business Economy), die leidenschaftlich gerne kocht und ständig neue Rezepte ausprobiert. Sie liebt es zu reisen und freut sich immer darauf, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Dann gibt es noch Andrea (22, International Business and Economics) – super freundlich und immer für ein gutes Gespräch zu haben. Egal, ob du einfach über deinen Tag plaudern willst oder gemeinsam feiern gehen möchtest – sie ist dabei!
Für beide ist es wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber bleibt und während der Ruhezeiten (22-8 A.M) auch wirklich ruhig ist. Wenn dir das auch wichtig ist, wirst du dich hier sicher wohlfühlen!

Summer (28, Business Economy), who is passionate about cooking and is constantly trying out new recipes, lives in the shared flat. She loves to travel and is always looking forward to meeting new people. Then there's Andrea (22, International Business and Economics) - super friendly and always up for a good chat. Whether you just want to talk about your day or go out partying together - she's there!
It's important to both of them that the apartment stays clean and is really quiet during quiet hours (22-8 a.m). If this is also important to you, you will certainly feel at home here!
Ich würde mein Bett und meinen Kleiderschrank gerne für 50 Euro an die nächste Person weitergeben. Bilder schicke ich dir gerne auf Anfrage. Außerdem habe ich noch ein paar weitere Möbelstücke, die ich für einen kleinen Preis abgebe – aber nur, wenn du möchtest. Darüber können wir gerne bei der Besichtigung sprechen.
Wichtig zu wissen: Die Miet- und Energiekosten in Magdeburg sind ab April 2025 gestiegen, und der Preis in der Anzeige ist bereits der neue Preis. Falls du das Zimmer aber schon ab März mieten möchtest, ist die Miete für diesen Monat noch etwas günstiger.
Im Warmpreis sind Wasser, Strom, Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag (GEZ), Heizung und alle anderen Nebenkosten bereits enthalten – es gibt keine zusätzlichen Kosten für dich!
