13m² großes, schönes Zimmer am Hasselbachplatz

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum und Herzen von Magdeburg, dem Hasselbachplatz. Sie haben alles, was Sie sich wünschen können, in nächster Nähe (Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Fitnessstudios, Drogerien, Bars, Späti). Mit der Straßenbahn kann man in alle Richtungen fahren und mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Universität.

Our flat is located in the centre and heart of Magdeburg, the Hasselbach Platz. You got everything you could possibly want in the closest reach (groceries, gyms, drug stores, bars, späti). You can ride of in every direction by tram and its only 10 minutes by Bike to the main station and university.

Bei uns ist von Allem etwas dabei! Wir sind alle sehr verschieden, ergänzen uns aber gut.
Auf die Füße tritt man sich hier selten, denn auch Platz gibt es genug für alle. Die Wohnung ist groß.
Falls du auf Klo musst, musst du nicht anstehen da wir zwei Toiletten unser Eigen nennen. Zusätzlich haben wir ein extra Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Unsere vollausgestattete Küche ist der Mittelpunkt der WG. Da ist eigentlich immer Jemand zu Finden.
Wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, hat man ja sein eigenes Zimmer.
Wir haben einen langen Flur mit einem Wohnzimmer, in dem sich sogar eine Bar befindet, die aktuell aber eigentlich nicht wirklich benutzt wird. Langeweile kommt nicht auf. Wir kochen und quatschen immer mal wieder zusammen, aber am besten sind wir im Chillen! ;)
Im Moment sind wir eine ganz gut eingespielte Truppe, oft besuchen uns auch ehemalige WG-Mitbewohner, die sich einfach nicht von uns trennen konnten.
Zurzeit leben nicht nur Student*innen in der WG. Auch wenn man berufstätig ist findet man hier seinen Platz.
Aktuell ist bei uns gerade viel Wechsel, deswegen werden gleich 2 Zimmer auf einmal frei. Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Christian (38, Museumswärter , Bassist, Bastelkünstler), Benyo (33, Hörgerätakustiker, Schwertkämpfer,), Philip (25, 1/2 Jahr im Auslandssemester und erst ab Oktober 2025 wieder da, Fitnessfreak, studiert Psychologie im Master), Nawar (27, Masterstudent, appreciate unique taste of food and music, always down for a late night talk), Justin (25, Drachenwaffelverkäufer, comedy nerd, lungert gerne mit nem glas wein in der Küche oder zockt gemütlich im Zimmer ) und den 2 neuen Menschen, die wir in den nächsten Wochen casten werden.
Einen Putzplan gibts nicht, trotzdem funktioniert das mit der Ordnung.
Da die meisten von uns Raucher sind, ist die Chance sehr hoch dass zumindest in der Küche häufig eine Zigarette brennt. Es steht allerdings auch jedem frei in seinem Zimmer zu rauchen.
Da wir normalerweise schauen, dass es ausgeglichen zwischen Frauen und Männern ist, wäre es auch super weiblichen Zuwachs zu bekommen, was natürlich keine Voraussetzung ist. Auch internationale Studenten sind natürlich willkommen:)

We have something for everyone! We are all very different, but we complement each other well.
You rarely step on each other's toes here, because there's enough space for everyone. The apartment is large.
If you need to go to the loo, you don't have to queue as we have two toilets. We also have an extra bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Our fully equipped kitchen is the center of the flat share. There is always someone to be found.
If you need some peace and quiet, you have your own room.
We have a long hallway with a living room that even has a bar, but it's not really used at the moment. There's never a dull moment. We cook and chat together from time to time, but we're best at chilling out ;)
At the moment we're quite a well-coordinated group, and former flatmates who just couldn't part with us often visit us.
It's not just students who live in the shared flat at the moment. Even if you work, you'll find a place here.
We are currently experiencing a lot of change, which is why 2 rooms are becoming available at once. You'll be living with Christian (38, security, bass player, craft artist), Benyo (33, hearing aid acoustician, swordsman), Philip (25, 1/2 year semester abroad and won't be back until April, fitness freak, studying psychology for a Master's degree), Nawar (27, Master's student, appreciate unique taste of food and music, always down for a late night talk), Justin (25, sells waffles for a living, comedy nerd, likes to hang put in the kitchen with a glass of wine or plays video games in his room ) and the 2 new people we will be casting in the next few weeks.
We don't have a cleaning plan, but the tidiness still works.
As most of us are smokers, there's a very good chance that a cigarette will often be lit, at least in the kitchen. However, everyone is free to smoke in their own room.
As we normally make sure that there is a good balance between men and women, it would be great to have a female addition, although this is of course not a prerequisite. International students are of course also welcome:)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock und verfügt über ein Treppenhaus im vorderen und hinteren Bereich sowie einen Aufzug im hinteren Bereich. In jeder Miete ist ein kleiner Betrag für Betriebskosten und eventuelle Neuanschaffungen enthalten, falls etwas kaputt geht (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, etc.)

Geraucht werden darf in der Küche und im eigenen Zimmer. Fahrräder können im Keller untergestellt werden oder Notfalls im Wohnzimmer :) Ansonsten gibt es auch noch einen geräumigen Dachboden.

Falls Ihr ein Hobby habt, Kunst- oder Musikliebhaber*innen seid oder politisch aktiv seid, fühlt euch herzlich eingeladen euch einzubringen, wir freuen uns!

The flat is on the fourth floor and got one stairway in the front and one in the back as well as an elevator in the back one. Every rent includes a small fee for operating costs and possibly new purchases in the case of anything breaking (washing machine, fridge, etc)

Smoking is allowed in the kitchen and in your own room. Bicycles can be stored in the cellar or in the living room if necessary :) There is also a spacious attic.
