Die sonnige Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Gartenhaus der Leipziger Straße 69. Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich diverse Straßenbahnlinien. Bis zum Campus Uniklinik fährt man nur wenige Stationen. Bis zum Hauptcampus fährt die Straßenbahn 15 Minuten. Der beliebte Hasselbachplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch zum Hauptbahnhof gelangt man schnell mit der Straßenbahn.

Vor und hinter dem Haus befinden sich ein Park, das Landgericht und ein Freibad.

The sunny apartment is located in the quiet garden house of Leipziger Straße 69. Several tram lines are right in front of the house. It's only a few stops to the University Hospital campus, and the main campus is a 15-minute tram ride away. The popular Hasselbachplatz is in close proximity, and the main train station is easily accessible by tram.

In front of and behind the house, there is a park, the district court, and an outdoor swimming pool.

In unserer Wohngemeinschaft leben zwei Medizinstudentinnen, die im 1. und im 3. Semester am Uniklinikum studieren.

Wir sind definitiv keine zweckmäßige WG; stattdessen kochen, plaudern und spielen wir gerne gemeinsam. Beide unternehmen wir gerne etwas mit Freunden, sei es an der Uni oder bei der Arbeit. Das Zusammenleben ist äußerst angenehm, ruhig und entspannt.

Es ist uns besonders wichtig, dass sich jeder in unserem gemeinsamen Wohnraum wohl und respektiert fühlt. Herzlichkeit, gegenseitiges Verständnis und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu teilen, stehen im Vordergrund. Offene Kommunikation ist für uns entscheidend, um Anliegen direkt anzusprechen, und gemeinsame Aktivitäten bereichern zusätzlich unser Zuhause. 😊

Fairness bei der Aufteilung der Haushaltsaufgaben, die durch einen Putzplan geregelt ist, liegt uns am Herzen, um eine zuverlässige und angenehme Wohnatmosphäre zu schaffen!

Mit einem strukturierten Putzplan legen wir Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, was derzeit hervorragend funktioniert.

In our shared apartment, two medical students reside, both studying Medicine at the University Hospital in the 1st and 3rd semesters.

Certainly not just a functional arrangement, we enjoy cooking, chatting, and playing games together. Both of us relish spending time with friends, be it at university or work. Our cohabitation is incredibly pleasant, calm, and relaxed.

We prioritize ensuring everyone in our shared living space feels comfortable and respected. Warmth, mutual understanding, and a willingness to share responsibilities are at the forefront. Open communication is crucial for addressing concerns directly, and engaging in joint activities adds an extra layer of joy to our home. 😊

Maintaining fairness in dividing household tasks, regulated by a cleaning schedule, is important to us for fostering a reliable and pleasant living atmosphere!

With a structured cleaning plan in place, we value cleanliness and order, which is currently working out exceptionally well.
