The rent includes:
- Use of private rooms and common areas
- electricity, heating and operating costs.

Rental conditions:
- Each tenant receives its own lease
- Minimum rental period: 12 months (with extension option)
- The deposit and the first rent must be transferred to the deposit account specified in the contract
- A reservation will be made only after the signing of the rental contract and the deposit transfer
- the tenants can register at the local registration office at the specified address.

The rent includes:
• Use of the private room and shared spaces
• Electricity, heating, and utility costs

Rental conditions:
• Each tenant receives its own rental contract
• Minimum rental period: 6 months (with option to extend)
• The deposit and first month’s rent must be transferred to the deposit account specified in the contract before moving in
• A reservation is only valid after the rental contract is signed and the deposit has been paid
• Tenants can register at the local registration office using the provided address

Die Wohnung wurde gerade frisch renoviert und möbliert. In den Gemeinschaftsbereichen findest du eine Einbauküche mit brandneuen Geräten, darunter ein Geschirrspüler, ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine Waschmaschine.

Die Miete beinhaltet:
- Die Nutzung des privaten Zimmers sowie der Gemeinschaftsräume
- Strom, Heizung und Betriebskosten.

Mietbedingungen:
- Jeder Mieter erhält einen eigenen Mietvertrag
- Mindestmietdauer: 12 Monate (mit Verlängerungsoption)
- Die Kaution und die erste Miete sind vor Einzug auf das im Vertrag angegebene Kautionskonto zu überweisen
- Eine Reservierung erfolgt erst nach Unterzeichnung des Mietvertrags und Überweisung der Kaution
- die Mieter können sich unter der angegebenen Adresse beim Einwohnermeldeamt anmelden.
