Hallo Leute, in unserer WG wird ein Zimmer für 5 Monate frei. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer ist teils möbliert (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch). Generell passt alles rein, was man so braucht.
Die Miete pro Monat beträgt 490€, darin sind alle Kosten enthalten: Internet, Strom, GEZ, etc.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Ihr seid in 5 Minuten am Bahngleis des Hbfs. Uni (mit Bus oder Tram) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. 2-3 Minuten zur Haltestelle Hauptbahnhof West Taubertsbergbad. Zu Fuß seid ihr in 10 Minuten in der Stadtmitte, direkt am Haus ist auch ein schöner Park.
WG-Leben
In unserer WG wohnen aktuell 2 Jungs: Bart und Karl. Bart ist selbstständig und arbeitet im Bereich Videoproduktion, Karl studiert Physik an der JGU.
Ob m/w/d ist uns vollkommen egal, Hauptsache die Chemie stimmt! Du solltest offen sein und gut kommunizieren können, kein Problem mit dem Einhalten des Putzplans haben und das Eigentum und Privatsphäre anderer (und der Nachbarn) respektieren. Wir wollen neue Freundschaften schließen ab und zu auch was zusammen unternehmen.
** WICHTIG ** Wir suchen Leute die Sauberkeit schätzen, Privateigentum anderer respektieren und die Wohnung nicht zum Partytreffpunkt machen (unangekündigte Parties jede Woche, und ständige Besuche fremder Personen im Haushalt sind unerwünscht). Natürlich ist alles in Ordnung im gesunden Ausmaß und wenn's richtig kommuniziert wird.
Sonstiges:
Aufgrund von Allergien sind keine Haustiere erlaubt.
**WICHTIG** Sachen wie Putzplan, Küche nach dem Kochen sauber machen für den nächsten, generelle Rücksicht und 'eigenes Kram von gemeinsam genutzten Flächen wegräumen' sollten klar sein :) Wenn das pinnibel klingt - bist du bei uns falsch :)

Hello everyone,
A room in our shared apartment (WG) will be available for 5 months. The apartment is very centrally located. The room is partially furnished (wardrobe, bed, desk). In general, it has everything you need.
The monthly rent is €490, which includes all costs: internet, electricity, GEZ (broadcasting fee), etc.
The location is very central. You can reach the train platform at the main station (Hbf) in 5 minutes. The university is easily accessible by bus or tram within a few minutes. It’s 2-3 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof West Taubertsbergbad stop. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, and there’s a nice park right next to the building.
WG Life
Currently, two guys live in our WG: Bart and Karl. Bart is self-employed in video production, and Karl is studying physics at JGU.
We don’t care about gender (m/f/d)—the most important thing is that we get along well! You should be open, communicative, have no problem following a cleaning schedule, and respect others’ privacy and belongings (including the neighbors’). We want to make new friendships and occasionally do things together.
IMPORTANT
We’re looking for clean and respectful people who do not turn the apartment into a party hotspot. Unannounced parties every week and constant visits from strangers are not welcome. Of course, everything is fine within reason and when properly communicated.
Other Information
Due to allergies, pets are not allowed.
IMPORTANT
Basic things like following the cleaning schedule, cleaning the kitchen after cooking, being generally considerate, and keeping shared spaces tidy should be obvious. If this sounds too strict, then this WG is not the right fit for you!
