Beautiful, large, bright room with many windows, cozy bay and great original wooden floor in beautiful renovated old building apartment. The room is fully furnished with bed, mattress, closet, 2 chests, desk and chair, carpet, curtains and lamp. The furniture must be taken over :)
The 24 square meter room is located on a corner and has windows on 2 sides making it always natural bright and almost 3 meters high ceilings that make the room bright and welcoming.
The 4 Wg has a large kitchen and 2 bathrooms that are very modern.

The apartment is located on the Luisenring with proximity to the Jungbusch (the party district of Mannheim), the city centre and the university (15 min walk) as well as the Pop Academy (5 min walk) and thus has a perfect location. Railway and bus stations are also nearby, but everything is within walking distance!

In the Wg we cultivate a friendly approach and do much in common that we would also like to keep this:))
You would live with Fabienne (22) and Annemarie (23). In mid-February another new roommate comes to it, so the Wg Constellation is relatively new and you can live together!

The Wg is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, oven, wlan etc. everything you need to live :)
