The room is good 30m2 large, slightly elongated and beautifully bright thanks to the large windows and white color. The high ceilings offer many design options in the large room. Special feature are the two columns as well as the stucco on the ceiling. The window goes out to the street, which is relatively quiet despite the central location.
The whole 4s WG was renovated in 2021, has high ceilings and is also very bright. We have a large hall with sitting area, an almost new kitchen, a nice bathroom with large shower and a separate toilet. It never comes to waiting times!
A new washing machine and dishwasher are available. In the courtyard you can also park your bike safely. The internet is also included in the additional costs and it also works very reliably.
The apartment is located directly in the city centre (the squares), so in the best location.
The tram stop 'Abendakademie' is just two minutes walk away. From there you can reach the University of Mannheim or the main railway station in less than 10 minutes.
The university can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes and the Jungbusch (the Barviertel) is just a cozy 10 minute walk away.
All shopping facilities such as supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl), Bauhaus and various clothes shops are right around the corner.
The Neckar meadow is also only 100 meters away. There you can enjoy the leisure time on the water in the summer or also enjoy sports activities.
The house itself also only lives WG's. The coexistence is harmonious and there are always joint actions, such as a common glow wine evening in the yard.
Directly in the neighboring house is a relaxed jazz bar (very recommended) and in its own square are other restaurants and bars as well as a cinema!
Our coexistence in the WG is very pleasant and harmonious. This is what we want to do together - so we are NOT a purpose WG!
Your new roommates will be Isabell (27), Tina (24) and Samuel (23). They all study in Mannheim, while studying Isabell Labour Market Management, Tina Wirtschaftsrecht at the Master and Samuel Jura. Isabell and Tina have been living in the WG for a few months, so in the future we can make the WG life even good. We place all the emphasis on joint activities (depending on how everyday life allows it)! So far, we have often organized common cooking evenings, watched series and the one or the other WG party was of course not missing. It is also important to us that we always have an open ear for each other and communicate honestly and openly with each other!
Furthermore, cleanliness is important for the general feeling of wellbeing in the apartment, which is why we clean the common rooms every week.
I (Marko) leave the WG after 4 years of heavy heart, as I go with my girlfriend. Whether and what furniture you want to take, we can vote on a tour. Unfortunately, my beautiful time is coming and I have to leave my great roommates. But now you have the chance!
