The room is very spacious and furnished, all furniture to be seen in the picture will remain an extra charge in the room. It's just a little sniper. In the room are also: bed, desk, couch, high shelf, wardrobe and a rollable night tumble. There are also sockets in every corner and a pleasant bright light on the ceiling. So the room has everything a student needs.
And the best thing is: the room is the only room at the end of the hall, the stairs up around the corner. This means "heared" a piece of hallway on which there is plenty of space and a shelf. In addition, you can easily retreat through the excellent location of the room and is totally undisturbed. Through the window to the courtyard enough light comes but hardly any noise. The room is therefore optimal when you want to go to a WG with the possibility of privacy.
The WG is in perfect location in Mannheim's trendy multi-cultural scene Jungbusch.
You have walked under 2min at the tram and under 10min to university or downtown; by bike it is even faster. The main railway station is under 15min.
Shopping can be done in the penny in the bacon, which is only 5 min walk away. With the squares next door, of course, all other shops are also super accessible.
The Jungbusch street is also the most important street in Mannheim nightlife right around the corner. Here you can find everything, bars, Spätis, Döner, Pizza, Falafel and much more. You can fall directly into bed from the pub and vice versa :)
Despite this proximity to the relevant bars in the city, you don't hear any noise in the evening. Even at weekends, especially when the window is closed, is quiet.
A colourful mixed, open-minded WG awaits you, with a variety of courses and hobbies. At any time you have the opportunity to move back to your room without interference, but also to chill together in the kitchen or in the living room. It is also allowed to invite friends and friends at any time. If there's something more people coming, for example, for pre-glowing or something, we'll announce it briefly and check if it suits everyone.
Here also a brief presentation of your potential future roommates:
- Hannah: Is 20 years old and studies economic mathematics and since autumn also psychology. In her spare time she loves sports and plays handball in the club, but is also always for a competitive round Rage Cage.
- Mila: Is 22 years old and studies social work at the university. In her spare time, she can enjoy books that inspire one or other sport & travel. She prefers to connect them to surfing. For a beer, by the way, she is always to have.
- Jonas: Is 24 and makes his master in management. He's been around a lot and always has ideas for joint activities. In his spare time he likes to be outside, driving race bike or cooking.
- Felix: Is 21 and a loving massively trained psychologist. Especially in his foreign sister, he has steadily increased. He does not only regularly heat the gym, but can also cook excellently and is the perfect man for a chilly or wild party evening.
- Pia: It's 21 years old that likes to make creative things, drinks and is there with every beer. She likes to conduct interesting conversations and studies economic psychology in the 6th semester. She also likes to make spontaneous trips with her girlfriend, who they can't afford.
- Marie: Is 24 years old finished with her Bachelor and is currently doing an internship to have money back to travel :) She's with every spontaneous action - the person you still see Do on the snailyard and sits Fr in the office in the morning. But also has relaxed evenings in the kitchen. Marie is also delighted to receive every invitation to sports activities.
- Maja: is 19 years old and studies personnel management at the University of Ludwigshafen. She loves conversations with a glass of aperol and spontaneous actions. Otherwise she would like to leave and amaze herself occasionally for sports.
The move would be possible before 15.2.25. We are very flexible and may have the opportunity to bring your stuff to the WG and sleep here from the beginning of February.
And now to you:
In general, we are open to everything and are all quite different:) Because we like to stay a well-mixed WG, we primarily look for a male roommate.
But you should definitely have Bock on a WG life with us, be open-minded, be tolerant and open to new and different people.
So, if that suits you, please write to us, we look forward to everyone interested. If we like it, we are relatively relaxed here, then we invite you to a WG visit. Generally, we prefer presence visits that we can carry out in January. If it is not possible for you to come by, then of course we can also make an online visit.
