Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist schön hell. Durch die großen Fenster zum Innenhof ist es auch schön ruhig.
Es ist sehr gut geschnitten, sodass super viel reinpasst und du alle Möbel problemlos so umstellen kannst wie es dir gefällt☺️

Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen vollständig ausgestatteten Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine), einem großen modernen Bad mit Waschtrockner und Fenster, einem Gästebad und einem tollen Flur. 2019 wurde sie kernsaniert und ist deshalb sehr modern und gut ausgestattet.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is located on the outer edge of the squares, on the Friedrichsring, yet within about 10 minutes walk in the city centre. The university is also very close - by bike it can be reached in about 10 minutes. Shops (Rewe, Aldi, dm...) are also very close.
In addition to the city centre, the path to the Neckar is not far. Here you can walk, jogging, cycling and turn off your head.

Johanna (23), Anna (25), Keana (22) and Pia (23). Since our 5th roommate Tina (22) has unfortunately only moved to the intermediate rental because of a practium, she unfortunately leaves us again in January.
That's why we're looking for a cool fifth roommate who wants to become a part of our WG in the long term, fits us well and has a desire to live on a sociable WG!

We all like to do something with friends, make sports or travel We like to go out in the evening, but we're out of age by party every night. So we are not a typical first Bachelor WG with home parties every day🙈

We are not a purpose Wg and are looking for a girl who likes a WG life. If the time permits, we would be happy to do something or to cook together or just talk in the kitchen. Since the WG should be at home for everyone, you also have your rest if you need it.☺️
Since cleanliness is very important to us, we'll deal with a cleaning plan. 🧼
