The room is with 18 sqm one of the two largest in the apartment and is located at the end of the hallway, nicely remote from the entrance area. During the day it is bright and quiet, the windows are very good. There are two deep windows, on the window boards you can relax and watch the sunset. In the room I left a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe, a shelf, a mirror, a mattress with a slat and canopy standing. These things are not sold, but remain in my property and are only to be rented.

Ideal apartment in the Mannheimer Scene District Jungbusch with its optimal location between downtown, Neckar and connecting channel. The city centre, pop academy, university, bus and train stops, and all shopping is within walking distance. The pop academy and various cafes, restaurants and bars have created a living and charismatic gravel in recent years.

To us:

Clemens (25) wine connaisseur and dad-jokes expert. Is apparently a mathematician, can still communicate with people, drinks supposedly high-quality wines and makes the best lasagna. He is stubborn and quoted in embarrassing silence Goethe's fist.

Anna (27) is the plum of the WG as a doctoral mathematician. In addition to this spiritual peak, she regularly goes to sports or enjoys spending time relaxing in bed. When you meet Anna in the hallway, it often happens that you find yourself at once in a fun and buzzing conversation about all themes.

Hannes (25) has recently moved to Mannheim for his Master in Political Science. In his spare time he likes to deal with music off the mainstream, media and train trips through Europe. His last trip led him to the Baltic, Finland and Sweden at the beginning of the year.

Klara (21) has just started her training as a media designer for image and sound in Mannheim.
In her spare time she cooks, bakes and drinks a glass of aperol in the evening or plays beer pong! She loves sports, drives racing bike and loves small sweet cafes.
